This corkscrew is perfect for restaurants, wineries, and catered events. To use, start by expanding the FOILKUT system foil cutter. Place it over the neck of the bottle and make two good turns to cut the foil. Remove the foil cutter from the bottle, collapse the cutter, and remove the foil from the bottle. You’re now ready to open the bottle. Insert the nickel-plated spiral worm into the cork. This open spiral worm features a filet running down it to cut into the cork quicker than with traditional worms. Turn the handle to drive the worm further into the cork, until about a half a turn is showing. Place the stainless steel boot lever on the rim of the bottle and gently begin to extract about 7/8″ of the cork. Press the boot lever in and the second boot lever will pull the rest of the cork straight out. This corkscrew’s patented two-step boot lever is incredibly efficient at extracting corks, thanks to its spring-loaded floating axis. A crescent-shaped cutout in the handle keeps the floating axis in a vertical position, relieving stress so that the boot lever hugs against the cork during extraction. This system provides added leverage for increased efficiency and more rapid service.

The Franmara 2031-03 Boomerang is a customizable two-step waiter’s corkscrew with a burgundy handle that makes opening wine bottles quick and easy. It features a patented two-step boot lever and an extendable four-wheel FOILKUT system for cutting foil. This corkscrew is ideal for use in restaurants, wineries, and catered events.

To use it, first extend the FOILKUT foil cutter, place it on the neck of the bottle, and make two turns to cut the foil. Remove the cutter, collapse it, and take off the foil. Next, insert the nickel-plated spiral worm into the cork; this worm has a special design to cut into the cork faster than standard ones.

Turn the handle to push the worm deeper into the cork until about half of it is showing. Place the stainless steel boot lever on the bottle rim and gently pull to extract about 7/8″ of the cork. Then press the boot lever in, which will engage the second lever to pull the rest of the cork out smoothly.
