It has a 10-position adjustment knob that lets you choose from 10 thickness settings for your pasta sheets based on the type of pasta you want. The anodized aluminum rollers have a slightly rough texture, which helps the pasta become porous, allowing it to better hold onto sauces.

Cleaning is simple; just let the machine sit for 30 minutes and then remove any leftover dough with a dry cleaning brush. Note that the machine is not dishwasher safe. It comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects (starting from the purchase date), but this does not cover damage from improper use.
