Title: Solved 2 problems
Review: We recently swapped a TV mounted over our fireplace and found all the wall plates were missing. We have 2 coax ports that we’ve already gotten proper plates for even if they’re not used, and in wall conduit leading to built in shelves next to the fireplace. I thought of getting a pass-through plate, but I’m also trying to eliminate poor air sealing and insulation. A 6ft HDMI cable is too short if the TV is pulled away from the wall so we can watch from the kitchen, so I got this HDMI wall plate to help solve 2 problems, covering the hole and allowing another HDMI cable to be used. It comes with the bracket, which is useful if you are cutting into drywall for the first time and creating in wall connections. I already had a junction box, so took the HDMI piece and connected it directly to the junction box and then the plate connects to that internal piece. I still have a bit of modifying to do because the junction box sits further in the wall and prevents the HDMI connector from sitting flush with the wall plate. The connections and installation are easy to complete. The pieces feel solid and sturdy and I appreciate the HDMI female to female adapter screws onto the back of the plate for security. All pieces you need are included, except of course HDMI cables to attach to your devices. Tested turning on the TV and picture and audio showed no issue. Worth getting if you need to hide cables.

Title: Nice and easy to install for hiding HDMI cables within the walls.
Review: I like the “floating” look of my TV mounted on the wall. Unfortunately, dangling cables ruin the visual.I ordered these HDMI port kits to mount into my sheetrock wall so as to feed the transmission cables behind the the drywall for concealment. It created a nice, clean look and installation was a breeze. If you’re familiar and comfortable with cutting two holes in the drywall, then installation of this kit will be easy. Just make sure your hole-cutting skill is decent enough to make the right sized holes, so these outlets will fit and secure properly.The HDMI outlets feel durable for frequent swapping out cables and the functionality is excellent. Really, the hardest part of this project was installing an electrical outlet behind the TV for power. THIS particular HDMI kit was a cinch! Everything is included except the main cable to travel behind the wall..

Title: Works perfectly. Just wish it was completely white.
Review: It’s important to have an HDMI connector where you need it, and this wall plate kit does the job nicely. Once you mark and cut the drywall to size, the low voltage bracket will latch into place. The 6″ Female to Female HDMI cable screws into to the wall plate, and that in turn screws into the bracket. Overall, the installation is straightforward and everything fits to size and works as expected. My only wish would be for the 6″ HDMI cable to also be white, not black, so that it blends better with the wall plate.Bottom line, these plate worked well in my application. It seems robust and should offer many years of use.

Review: These plates look really nice and sleek and they work perfectly. The kit comes with both the faceplates and the low voltage box for installation. Having both is a good value, especially if you are connecting two locations with HDMI with exposed walls.The installation is easy with the low voltage box. It is far easier to fish the HDMI cable through the wide mouth of the low voltage box. Everything fit very snugly against the wall and the HDMI decorations insert fit snugly within the faceplate.

Review: This set includes everything needed for a clean HDMI pass-through installation. The three-layer shielding provides reliable transmission, and the connectors fit snugly without wobble. I appreciate that it supports Dolby TrueHD and 32-channel audio for high-quality sound. Just keep in mind that some laptops or desktops may require refresh rate adjustments to display properly.
