INSTRUCTIONS FOR SENSOR CLEANING:
Start by photographing a plain white paper using Aperture Priority (A) mode set at f/22 or higher, possibly utilizing the pop-up flash. Identify any dust or spots on your sensor. Ensure the camera battery is fully charged. Switch to sensor cleaning mode to keep the delicate shutter and mirror out of sight for easier access to the sensor. Use an air blower to eliminate loose dust from the sensor. Open the swab package and take out a swab. Apply 1 to 2 drops of cleaner to the edge of the swab. Maintain a 60° angle with the swab handle, away from the sensor surface. Swipe the swab from one end of the sensor to the other in a single, steady motion. Rotate the swab 180° and use the clean side to swipe in the same direction again, with a consistent motion. Discard the used swab; it should never be reused on other sensors. Always use a sealed swab for different uses.
