In a game that began to get heated, Toppin received a Flagrant 1 foul for hitting Caruso midway through the second quarter. Shortly before halftime, Toppin himself was hit with a Flagrant 1 from Lu Dort. The Pacers ended the half with a 15-6 scoring run, leading 60-57.
Toppin’s impressive dunk late in the third quarter put Indiana ahead 86-76, marking their first double-digit lead in the series. However, the Thunder responded with a 13-3 run, tying the game at 89 early in the fourth quarter.

The Thunder achieved this victory despite hitting a season-low of just three 3-pointers and Gilgeous-Alexander not registering any assists for the first time all season.
