Three teenagers have been charged after they allegedly attacked and robbed another group of teens at Karrinyup Shopping Centre.
Police say the group of teens surrounded a 14-year-old boy and two of his friends, demanding his personal items, at the centre about 2.15pm on Saturday.
It is also alleged the victim was assaulted and his bag was stolen before the offenders left the area. The alleged victim received minor injuries.
“Police apprehended the youths at the shopping centre and took them into custody,” a police spokeswoman said.
Three males, one aged 15 and two aged 17, have all been charged with aggravated robbery and are due to appear in the Perth Children’s Court on June 23.
The 15-year-old has also been charged with stealing.
