Title: Good for the environment, reliable for light duty
Review: I love that these are compostable and a good size. They are a bit flimsy and tear easily and have no “give,” however – my assumption is that this is the give-and-take for it’s biodegradability qualities (?). Not for heavy-duty trash, but good in my home office for things like paper cups and food take out containers. So, they work great for light duty, look at alternatives for heavy duty.UPDATE: The seller reached out to me offering a refund, which I declined as it wasn’t necessary – this trash bag does exactly what I need it to do, which is for collecting light-weight waste. I do appreciate – very much – that they offered a refund, but I can’t take it in good conscience and will for sure by this brand again.

Title: Quality. Well made.
Review: Bags are very well made compared to others we’ve used. We are not having any issues with ripping, etc, etc like some of the reviews are suggesting. With all of these types of bags, you can’t just put a bunch of liquid in them and let them sit around as they start to decompose as they should. We are careful with this and drain liquids 1st and don’t leave the bags soaking. Also, we don’t yank a full heavy bag out of the container by the draw strings and expect it to hold up as they can cause the tearing issues. Overall, we will be buying these again in the future.

Title: Great compostable trash bag
Review: Some compostable bags are too thin and rip too easily. These bags are a bit thicker and hold up better. They have tie handles making them easier to close. I will continue to use them from now on.

Title: dont trust the draw string
Review: the bags rip when trying to close them with the draw string option. I would rather have a tie option and pay less. I will see if the company has this option. I don’t recommend purchasing these if your intent is to close, and then carry the filled bag with the drawstring. The bags do hold up well in the bin as compared to other green compost bags I have tried.

Review: The quality of the bag is excellent and prevents leaks. But…..the last 3 bags—the handle/drawstring has pulled all the way out and I have had to manually fold the bag and tie it.

Title: Finally, compostable bags that don’t act like wet paper towels
Review: I’ve tried a lot of “compostable” kitchen bags, and most of them are… let’s just say emotionally fragile. These are not.The SUPERBIO 13-gallon compostable bags are strong, well-made, and actually hold up to real kitchen waste without tearing, leaking, or making me nervous every time I lift one out of the can. The drawstring is sturdy and makes tying and carrying the bag easy—no awkward knot gymnastics.They fit my kitchen trash can perfectly and handle everything from food scraps to heavier waste without issue. I also appreciate that they’re compostable without feeling flimsy. It’s nice to use something more eco-friendly without sacrificing performance.If you want compostable bags that actually behave like normal trash bags (imagine that), these are a solid choice. I’ll definitely be sticking with this brand.

Title: Small changes have a big impact…
Review: These are amazing trash bags you can feel good about using for the items you can’t recycle. Nice, thick material. I haven’t had any leaks or any disposed items penetrate the bag. They fit my trash can perfectly. Very pleased.
