[Keep your printer safe from resin spills] – Our stick on gasket protects the internals of your printer from damage by sealing the gap between the LCD and printer chassis and avoid expensive repairs. It also helps keep the FEP film from creating suction and pulling on the LCD, which can dislodge it while attempting to remove the vat.
[Suitable for both 5.5″ & 6″ resin printer] – Works on multiple 5.5 inch or 6.1 inch LCD resin printers. Compatible with EPAX X1, Elegoo Mars/Mars Pro/Mars C/Mars 2/Mars 2 pro, Anycubic Photon/Photon-S, Prusa LD-002R, QIDI Tech Shadow 5.5 (NOT 6.0) & Longer Orange 30 UV Resin Printers. Please note: You must re-level your build plate per the instructions included after installation.
[Extra durable] – Made of high-quality polypropylene, our gasket is built to last. It is resin-proof and safe from tears and abrasion, while remaining very flexible.
[Save your prep time] – Two-piece backing ensures easy installation. Now you’re no longer forced to tidy up your printer right after a print. With our stick on gasket, you will have peace-of-mind knowing that your printer internals and LCD are protected from resin leaks.
[High light transmittance] – It would not affect the performance of LCD screen. Any questions or issues about sovol products please let us know.

Customers say
Customers find the gasket works well as advertised and effectively protects the screen from resin and scratches. The installation process receives mixed feedback – while some find it fairly easy to install, others note it’s hard to align correctly. The fit is also mixed, with some saying it fits well while others find it slightly too big. Moreover, customers report issues with print quality, build quality, and the adhesive being very sticky.

Horrible!!!
I have purchased several Sovol products and have like them all, with the exception on this one. Because of the black border this was kind of difficult to get lines up correctly. When I did get it lined up and installed I found that the center section is not clear at all. It is clouded over so the UV light hardly shines through. This is not good for a resin printer. I had to remove it and that was extremely challenging. The adhesive sticks great, which poses a problem when removing. It took me a good 15-20 minutes to get it off and everything cleaned. I ended up returning the product and will get one that is clear.

works fairly well
I got this for my Elegoo Mars 2. The fit isn’t quite exact – it’s just a little larger than the recessed area, so I was a little worried it might mess with the prints and made sure to realign the printer. It works well, but resin sticks to it like crazy and I can’t get it off. I was only able to use the first one for a couple prints. The second one is doing better, but I have to be extra careful. They also leave a lot of residue when you pull them off. For now, this does the job and is an acceptable replacement.

Works on mars 2. Saved me from having to replace my screen.
I bought this to replace the adhesive tape that comes stock on my printer because the tape had been damaged from a leak in my fep sheet that I hadn’t noticed. After another failed print there was built up cured resin on the screen itself but thanks to the film that covers the screen itself on this product all I had to do was replace it and not have to worry about a screen replacement.Tldr: works great as advertised and as a screen protector from leaking resin and scratches.

Yeah not so great.
First its .04 .05 thicker than factory and requires resetting zero, which is not a big deal. The black frame on the inside of the mask is slightly too big for the Mars 2. The biggest issue is the black frame is very stiff and won’t set down in the recessed are like the factory. This causes the clear part of the protector to lift off the screen slightly and it gets air pockets under between the screen and protector. The adhesive is very sticky which makes it very hard to aline correctly. I am almost afraid what it is going to be like to remove it when the time comes. I would have just returned it but I put one on my machine. I addition I have had some print failures not previously encountered that I can only attribute to the poor fitting screen protector. I will be looking for a more factory like protector in the future. And maybe it is ok on other machines but it’s not a good fit for the Elegoo Mars 2.

Fast and easy.
Had to replace my screen protector after a resin leak. The protectors fit good. Uses 3M glue so its gonna stick the moment it touches. Be careful to not fold it on itself.

Find something else
To be blunt, it works to a point.Pros: â¢it is a clear non adhesion clear center screen protector with a strong adhesive outer black gasket.â¢it comes with a clear protective film that you remove after installâ¢the outer gasket is stout, so no chance of it curling like a sticker; ever.Cons: â¢way too many to list. But I will list a fewâ¢the clear film that you remove after install is not so clear. It isnât clear enough to see through it to line up the protector correctly, so you have to shine light through it or peek off one side to line it up perfectly.â¢the stout black gasket is too stout. If your printer like mine has a lip from the screen to the base of the printer; the gasket doesnât bend and fold down the lip. It just angles itself and causes all the edges to lift off the screen. So the very center is only flush. This causes air bubbles that, no matter what you do, wonât come out.â¢after my install, with tons of bubbles, my prints have been coming out with bulging layers. I assumed it was just bound to happen over time, so I did basic z axis maintenance on my printer. Nothing changed. Will be removing it tonight.â¢the strong adhesive used on the gasket comes off when you remove the screen protector. So you then have to spend several minutes scrubbing it off. Itâs not so easy.â¢the package comes with two. Iâve purchased 2 sets so far. Im on my 3rd because if one tiny little drop of resin leaks down the vat. It Will carry into the corner, donât know how. This was never an issue without the screen protector. It then ruins the screen protector. Unlike your screen, you canât get the resin off. It ruins it right off the bat. So Ive gotten 5 prints out of 3 screens. Iâm very careful not to spill or drop any resin. However, when the print finishes, and it sits waiting. It does splash as it drops. This causes very small droplets to either fall on the vat or on the plastic dome. The droplets on the vat may fall back into the vat or they may fall out of the vat. Originally I could just wipe the bottom edge of the vat and it wicked up the resin. With this screen protector, it rides up the edge and gets to the screen and ruins the screen protector.Verdict: find something else. Something better. Mainly if you have a screen that is slightly lifted. As in, has a lip. If you donât want the hassle of paying 10$ for 2 and replacing them twice a weak from a micro drop of resin getting on the screen; then find something better. I have went through 3 so far. I have 1 left. The 3rd is being removed tonight to attempt to see if itâs the cause of the bulging layer lines. Iâm assuming itâs because the screen protector doesnât sit flush around the edge and causing it to lift on the edges. So Iâm going to remove it and risk ruining my screen; thatâs just how bad this one is.

überhaupt nicht wie das original. in jeder hinsicht schlechter. einfach finger weg!dont buy this! it is abolutely not like the original gasket. its just a cheap hard platic foil that you have to cut yourself! also its a nightmare to figure out where and how to cut it. absolute nightmare. just spent half an hour trying and its worse than if i did not use it.

Ottimo acquisto per la protezione dello schermo lcd

Discription is a little confusing when it says and shows 2 on the advert. When actually it’s 2 into 1. You have to be very precise fitting the first peel off over the glass, as I discovered when doing a light test I had a slim gap one end and had to use black tape, But pleased with it over all.

Avoid this product. There are cheaper, quicker and far more efficient optionsProThe adhesive is very good, so good that you’ll waste plenty of time trying to clean it off.- It make me appreciate high quality glass based protectors more.- You won’t spend as much time preparing successful prints, because this product has a high UV light deterrence- You will cultivate a sense of deep calm as you spend many hours trying to make this product work.Cons- Poor installation instructions (but if you read the reviews you can avoid wasting the product)- Unfortunately even when you follow the correct instructions the gasket distorts prints and ridiculously increases the exposure time needed to cure prints which reduces your screen life- a new screen costs about 40-50 dollars and this product, at nearly half the price, and 5 hours wasted re-calibrating is not fit for purpose. Will be asking for a refund on this one.
