No complaints whatsoever…
I was a bit hesitant to try out “renewed” phones, but I ended up ordering two of these S24+ phones because the price was so good. The condition was listed as Excellent, but they were perfect, just like brand new, you couldn’t tell the difference. Perfect glass, and no scratches or wear on the case. They are just as fast, and the batteries last all day and into the night like a new phone. I don’t know if all the phones they sell are this good, but from my experience with two of them, I highly recommend this seller.

Works like a dream
This phone had a couple of scratches on the back but doesn’t matter because I have a cover on it. It is otherwise in great condition, started up and functions like new. Battery is is in normal range. Love the easy set up going from an older samsung to a newer model. And was able to turn in my old one for an Amazon gift card.

S24+ (plus) phone
S24+ renewed/refurbished. Good price. Very clean, I only found one small nick on one of the camera’s metal rings. Unlocked phone. Everything transfered cleanly for my old S21. The only bummer as to do with the wifi bug (many s24s and s24+s have this). Wifi just drops (fix is to turn wifi off and then on again).

Shipped very quickly, so that was nice. Unfortunately there were major problems with the phone– specifically, it restarted at random multiple times a day, could not record or play video, the volume control was extremely wonky, and the battery needed to be charged multiple times throughout the single day that I kept it. Serious concerns about quality control in shipping this item, it would not have taken a lot to determine this was not fully operable and ready for sale.

I love the phone itself but also the seller was great. If possible I would try to make sure it gets shipped by ReCell & not the other sellers. It was in even better condition than I expected. No scratches or damage at all.
