I have arthritis in my hands and the only way I can lift or do pull downs is with the help of this it takes all the strain off my wrist and hands

I do latt pull downs several ways and seated rowing on my cable machine so Iâm working several muscle groups so maybe 12-16 sets in a session plus curls and other exercises and my hands are used for all the different variations and eventually they are the limiting factor in how many reps I can do. I tried another product that really just decreases slipping and it didnât really help that much. They are probably fine for a slippery bar but didnât help to extend my workout.I use these once the hands give out to get a few more sets in and they work well. I can get an extra 4-8 sets in. Seem to be well made. Iâm happy with the results.
