Does its job and does it well.
Knowing I’d be photographing football in the remnants of Hurricane Helene, I wanted something a little better than just a thin clear plastic sleeve. Reading the reviews on this rain cover, the complaints seemed to be mostly about putting together the eyepiece. The eyepiece was simple, and was the reason I picked THIS cover. Find the one the fits your camera. Separate the two pieces (twist lock) and fit them through the gasket, then twist them back together. Done. It’s that simple. Do **NOT** put the clip on the camera first and then try to lock them. Lock them first, and THEN put it on your camera.I photographed in the rain for 3 hours with a Canon 1DX MkII and Sigma 120-300 f/2.8 lens. The cover fit this large setup, on a monopod, and kept my gear dry, while still allowing me to put my hands under the cover and physically touching the camera rather than trying to work through a plastic sleeve.Good price … good product.

Love!!
This cover works great for my camera. I take photos for my sons football games and it is easy to use and works perfectly

Great idea, just not for some Canon Mirrorless cameras
I love the idea behind this cover but I wish there was a way to use this with my Canon R5 and R6 Mark II. Unfortunately, you can’t use it with cameras with permanent eye-cups.

Love it
I have several different rain covers and this is by far my favorite. I dont feel constricted with my arms in sleeves, it allows me freedom to zoom under the cover holding my lense instead of outside. It also leaves room underneath for my monopod mount that is attached to my lense.I shoot high school sports and I have a sigma 150-600 and this covers the long lense well. I shoot with the canon 1dx series cameras and this works well with the larger bodies.

If I could they would get 0 stars for the ease of putting the eye piece together.
Why does putting the eye piece together on the cover be so freaking difficult?

Simple, sweet, well made, and prompt as promised.
Simple and sweet, I haven’t used it yet, but it looks and feels as though it will do the job. Arrived in smart packaging, included a storage bag. and arrived on time, very promptly. Many thanks.

Not that you need instructions – but label the eyecups would ya!
This product comes with 3 different eye cup adapters, which is all good and well – but no labels on them or their packing, so it’s trial and error (and 2 happen to fit my D780). So it’s a roll of the dice as to which one is correct and will actually hold better. That being said, the eye cup adapter has to be opened up (2 parts rotate and lock together) to insert in the PVC clear part of the rain cover. It was a tad challenging and for the life of me, no instructions included – so I’m sure some folks out there break something in the process of trying to get it setup right.I wanted this for my 70-200 on a D780 – but it scales out fine to larger / longer lenses like a 300 2.8 — just so you know. That being said, even with the 70-200 zoom it left a lot of extra material in the mix. I guess it could be good or bad – I won’t really know until I use it in the pouring rain soon. But from the dry living room it seems fine – I also ordered this other product which also turns out to be same JJC brand, but MUCH smaller cousin.https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0749CJ27GThe product listed above claims to fit “Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 70-200mm f/2.8G II ED VR” – however, it was very skimpy — this item reviewed leaves plenty of room to your liking.
