I like the little hook at the end that help removing it easy. Good adhesion. My camera falls off every now and then. Probably has more to do with the suction cup instead of the mounting disk. Very happy with the product.

Allowed me to mount a dashcam on the frits
The only sensible place to put my dashcam suction cup was on the frits area of the windshield. Frits are the little black dots made of ceramic that partially block sunlight and surround radar units and rearview mirror mounts. A suction cup will not hold to the frits area because it is not flat. These serve as an intermediary, they adhere to the frits area and provide a surface to which a suction cup can adhere. I read some of the 3 star and less reviews and have no explanation for why these did not adhere to dashboards. The 3M company makes most industrial adhesives used in vehicles and you can’t find better. In fact, as one or more people have pointed out, you may do damage trying to remove one of these once it has stuck to a surface. I tried to pull my dashcam off and neither the suction cup nor this pad would budge. It’s a permanent install.

I needed a mount point for my Winnebago Vista Class A RV TPMS display. I put the plate low on the driversâ left side out of the sunlight so the display can been seen in bright daylight. Works great!

Didn’t work by itself
Only one side worked, the adhesive side. The side for the mount wouldn’t stick on no matter what. It would stay in for about 15 minutes and then it would just suction and fall apartI’m going to need to buy another adhesive or suction for this to work.

Not worth the money
I’m almost positive the adhesive isn’t 3M. It’s not sticky and won’t stick to the dash board. I can peel the tape off the back easily.The last of the 3 pads stuck, so I upped the review to 3 stars.

Not sure how to remove
This works almost too good!! I haven’t been able to remove it from my dash board. My phone stand sucks onto it perfectly. It does fall off when it’s hot outside but I figured that would happen! I’m not sure how to remove it without hurting my self or the car, if anyone has suggestions please comment!

I use these on my car which has a slightly rounded surface to mount a wireless CarPlay device, it does not have a lot of contactsurface, but even still the adhesion of this pad is excellent. I have not had any issue with the 9 inch CarPlay device coming unstuck. Excellent product Will definitely use this again in my other cars. Iâve been driving around with this now for the last couple of weeks, and it is stuck very well. No sign of it coming unstuck. Recommended.

My mounts were not stick to windows or dashes well so bought a set of these. They stick really well and both devices have no problems with suction on to the surface. Caveat, have not tried in an Australian summer yet.
