Cheaply made but also outstanding
I was a professional product photographer for a couple of years and used the best lights out there. These are cheaply made and I can see them breaking if you plan on setting them up and tearing them down over and over-however, the quality of light is outstanding. For the price these are well worth it if youâre shooting at home.

Nice product but the light is not powerful for vlogging
The product is well built. The stand is sturdy. It is easy to pack and unpack and adjust height. But the CFL bulb provided is not at all powerful though it looks big. If you are buying for a vlogging I would suggest going in for LED or CFL light that has atleast 5000 lumens or more. I ended up returning this and buying a Garage bulb (with extension cord) that has 8000 lumens and I get the light just what I need.

Gets the job done
As a photographer that needed something budget friendly to add quality to my photos, these lights did the trick. They are extremely easy to set up and produce enough light to light up a subject or a small scene. The quality however, is on the lower end. I mean, I guess you do get what you pay for but the stands are very cheap and flimsy. A positive for this product is that it is easy to carry around and everything fits perfect in its carry bag. I suggest giving these lights a try.

Oh my word, people can see me!
First and foremost, these stands are tall enough to get the light out of my eyes (I’m looking at you tiny key light hanging off the top of my monitor) Second, the diffusion is a game changer. So much light, but not glaring. Third, I totally had to change all my camera settings now that I had good lighting. Now I do need to figure out who sells replacement bulbs for this thing (no, they haven’t died yet, but I want to have some on hand). These work way better than I expected for the money. Apologies to all my viewers who can now actually see what I look like.

Poorly made
Unfortunately I only used 2x and when I went to attach light to stand all the plastic parts broke off and the box has no way of clamping onto the stands. Itâs unfortunate. I definitely recommend paying extra to get a better product as I only had this for only a month and used 2x.. You get what you pay for.

The perfect kit for traveling, the softboxes are great, and deep, the tripods are perfect for the size of the softboxes. It’s very well made and will do me a lot of good. I have received the kit two days after having place my order : very fast shipping and great quality lighting kit. Very happy with my purchase. I did not read that there was no adjustable intensity for the lights, but it’s fine for me.
