I love the location of the controls and the pulse button for cool air is exactly where it should be (trigger style). I find it to be quite pretty as well and it has LED lights on the end of the barrel when working. The heat levels are brilliant and the hot setting did NOT frizz my hair, which is amazing considering I forgot to spray on any heat protection. It is also relatively quiet for a hair dryer-something I didn’t expect. There was the briefest few seconds of new appliance smell when I first started it-but it went away immediately. I am truly happy with this purchase, but then I tend to love Revlon products in general. I also use their hairbrush dryer and extra large barrel curling iron. I’d recommend all of them frankly.
