Title: Definitely Augments my Workouts
Review: I have used this exact Pilates ring as part of my nightly workout routine for years. It has cushioned grips, it is easy to use, and it seems very sturdy. Periodically, I buy a new one because using it all of the time for years means it slightly changes in shape. It is not noisy at all, so that’s not a factor. I can definitely recommend this – I use it in multiple ways – e.g. pressing down on it on a vanity counter, and also free-handing it in the air. Great product!

Title: The Magic Circle for Pilates
Review: I do Pilates at my local Club Pilates and we use the flexible rings for strengthening. For thighs, arms, legs, ankles. There is cushion on the inside as well as the outside of the circle. It is very sturdy, good value for the money and the color is black. I use this at home when doing some Pilates workout on my mat or when I am standing or when I am sitting as it depends on which part of my body I am exercising.

Title: Effective and inexpensive
Review: I’m a quadriplegic in a power wheelchair for 8 years. My physical therapist suggested this ring 3 weeks ago. I have been using it 3 times a day, ever since then. I have noticed significant improvements in my gait, stamina at the track, better balance, and less pain. I ran for 10 minutes today, an endeavor that I only dreamt some day would happen again. In 2 or 3 months, I want to try running on the beach, something I have not done on eight years.
