A Very Affordable Macro Lens
This is another of those items ordered out of either curiosity or boredom. Given the price, Amazon’s return policies and the fact the barrel length doesn’t change throughout the ridiculously long focus range, it looked like a no brainer to give a try. Glad I did. It’s not light and it’s not fast, but it IS strong and sharp. It only took one short hand-held macro session to convince me that it was worth keeping. I’m attaching three grab shots from our flower garden -you can judge for yourself. Two are macro, the other is a clear demonstration of how sharp the lens really is.

Quality lens
Using this lens as a carry around with close focus capability. A win-win for me. Manual setting is no problem. It is effectively a 90mm short telephoto on an APC body.
