If the freezer solution seems to leak out of the bowl, stop using. The freezer solution is non-toxic. Why can’t I make ice cream? The freezer bowl should be placed in the coldest place – the freezer compartment – of a refrigerator. The freezing temperature should be at least -0.4F (-18C). The freezing time should be at least 12 hours. The bowl is completely frozen without the liquid moving when stirring. Use the bowl immediately after removing it from the freezer. Refrigerate the ingredients for 2-3 hours before making ice cream. Stir for 15-30 minutes. The ice made must be of the soft scoop type. If you want a firmer consistency, put it in the freezer for 2 hours.
