Title: Much better that the short segment cord covers
Review: Third type of cord cover I tried. Finally found one that easily fit 4 cables and stays stuck to the wall. Solid length much better than individual shorter lengths. Arrives coiled. Recommend laying out with weight to straighten for easier installation.

Title: Works great but some prep is needed
Review: It came in a rolled form so when I unrolled it, it kept the curve. I took a hair dryer and ran it on the hider for a short bit to soften and straighten it out. The cords slipped into it easily then I applied it down low on the wall near the base board behind furniture and have not had an issue since. I did check on it a couple weeks after installing it and discovered that one of my cats tried to chew on the hider (teeth marks) but they did not do much but put a slight dent into it so if you have pets that like to chew on cords, this might help stop them.

Title: Doesn’t uncurl
Review: It was too curled for the adhesive to stay on my wall. I tried flattening it out by lying it sticky side up and putting heavy weights over it, but even after a month, it was still not sticking. I’ve had it laying across my reptile tank in such a way that it’s bending in the opposite direction with weights holding it down, but even that didn’t work, after four months of trying. I ultimately taped it to give it more support (behind the TV and behind a shelf), and it *looks* great, at least for now. I guess I’ll find out if it works.

Title: Functional albeit a little difficult to apply.
Review: These things are great for hiding unsightly cord bundles! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the product was somewhat difficult to get it straightened out prior to application because it arrives in a circular coil and holds that shape even after opening. Because of the curvature the sticky side had trouble sticking. The will of the rubber to curve was greater than the sticky of the 3M almost.

Title: Tough installation, but looks good when done
Review: I have a few small wires that run down the side of the wall mounted TV in our bedroom that kept bugging me. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of an in wall run for 2 cables, so this cable cover would do the trick. The cover is well made. There’s plenty of room in the channel for cables and the walls are thick and sturdy, but maybe too thick. Maybe because of the way it was shipped, but the backside of the cover, where the adhesive strips are, flexes inwards towards the cable channel. If you have a large amount of cables that will fill the channel maybe this will help flex them out so they can be pressed on the wall, but in my case where I only needed to cover 2 cables there wasn’t enough there to do that. As such I had a tough time getting the adhesive side of the cover to make contact with the wall. I ended up having to take the fat end of a screwdriver and “massage” the cover up and down along the length of the install to get it to make contact. Once it did though it sticks well and does a good job of hiding the cables and blending in. Other than my installation issue I am happy with the final result.
