

The Franmara 2031-03 Boomerang is a customizable two-step waiter’s corkscrew with a burgundy handle that makes opening wine bottles quick and easy. It features a patented two-step boot lever and an extendable four-wheel FOILKUT system for cutting foil. This corkscrew is ideal for use in restaurants, wineries, and catered events.
To use it, first extend the FOILKUT foil cutter, place it on the neck of the bottle, and make two turns to cut the foil. Remove the cutter, collapse it, and take off the foil. Next, insert the nickel-plated spiral worm into the cork; this worm has a special design to cut into the cork faster than standard ones.
Turn the handle to push the worm deeper into the cork until about half of it is showing. Place the stainless steel boot lever on the bottle rim and gently pull to extract about 7/8″ of the cork. Then press the boot lever in, which will engage the second lever to pull the rest of the cork out smoothly.
The corkscrew’s innovative two-step boot lever uses a spring-loaded floating axis that allows for efficient cork extraction. A special cutout in the handle keeps the axis vertical, reducing tension and ensuring the lever presses against the cork properly, making the process quicker and easier.
