Title: Love It! 24w typical w sun, still trickles ~4w @ heavy clouds
Review: Bought this to take for a long visit to the family this holiday, to an off grid home, where I didn’t want to add unnecessary stress to their existing solar array. This is hardly big enough to make a noticeable dent – but it is keeping my phone, a 5k MagSafe battery, 3 battery LED lights, some battery Xmas lights, and a sound machine all charged without ever having to plug into the cottage power — so that a win for me! Though a bit heavier than I would prefer, I’m glad I got the 35w option based on other reviewers… this folding panel travels very well and works better than expected (TL;DR – 24w typical w sun, but even with an open but very overcast sky, I still get a trickle charge at approx 3-4w.)I am using it with a 90wh / 25k mAh Anker battery pack, and a 10’ Anker USB-C 240w rated cord (to leave enough room so that the battery can be kept in the shade / out the rain) and get approx 20-24w sustained throughput from a single port on this panel… I can take my semi-hefty TSA-approved size battery up roughly 80% to full in approx 6 hours of partially cloudy skies, with only minor adjustments to its position twice a day to prevent shadow from the chair arm from reducing input. Note that if there is substantial shadow on one half of the panels, throughput is noticeably decreased – but this is exactly as expected and not a flaw of the product.I was originally planning on leaving both battery and mini solar panel with my dad as an extra Xmas gift, but am considering keeping for myself. I love the feeling of free power (insert maniacal laugh) for all my mini gadgets bwahaha!

Title: 25W practical output.
Review: 25W is practical output. Unit is rugged but had edges that can cut if not careful.Put second device on it into another port and both malfunction in full sun. Can only charge one device 25W max at a time.

Title: Lightweight, Reliable Solar Charger For Outdoor Use
Review: This BigBlue solar charger feels well built and durable, with a lightweight folding design that’s easy to pack. Charging speeds are solid for phones and power banks, and the USB-C PD port is a nice bonus. It handles outdoor conditions well and sets up quickly. For camping and travel, it offers great value and convenience.

Title: Needs work on the charging ability. Don’t buy it yet. However customer service is good.
Review: It didn’t maintain a steady charging. I tried to charge my phone and new power bank separately with it. Not only did it not charge it hurt the battery charging ability. Now instead of 3 hours to charge in the electric outlet it takes 12 hours. I believe they need to work on its charging ability more before marketing it.Customer service I give 5 stars. I hope they succeed on their improvements for this product. I’m looking forward to seeing the new solar panel they develop.

Title: Solid portable solar panel with realistic performance
Review: This is a nice portable solar charger that folds down compactly and is easy to toss in a backpack. It feels well made and the materials seem durable enough for regular outdoor use.Performance has been pretty good on sunny days. Just keep in mind that the advertised 35 watts is a best case scenario. In my own testing, I usually saw between 20 and 30 watts, which is still very usable for charging a phone, power bank, or camera battery.Build quality is good, and I really like the rubber flap that covers the USB ports when they are not in use. It actually stays closed and protects the ports, which I cannot say for some other solar panels I have tried. The mounting points on the corners are also handy. I can hang the panel on the back of my backpack and charge my phone or camera while I hike.Overall, this is a well designed and practical solar charger with realistic output and good durability.

Title: Compact & Capable Off-Grid Charger (Read the details on the ports!)
Review: This Big Blue 35W solar charger is an excellent piece of kit for staying powered up off the grid. It folds down multiple times into a very compact size and weighs just over 1.5 lbs. One important detail: while it is rated IP68 waterproof, the manual notes this applies only to the solar panels themselves. The USB junction box is not waterproof, so you’ll need to ensure that part stays protected if the weather turns bad.It features one USB-A port and two USB-C ports, but take note: only one of the USB-C ports is compatible with Apple devices. It also features a programmable power supply (PPS) to prevent overcharging. In my testing, the voltage held steady at 5.2V as advertised. The wattage reading was low, but that was likely because the cable I used couldn’t “handshake” properly with the panel—so make sure you use a quality cable. It comes with a USB-C cable and two carabiners for hanging. If you need to charge USB-C devices away from a power source, this fits the bill perfectly.

Title: Works when you need it to
Review: This is a nice device to have. I would say a necessary one. Electricity can go out at any time. It is a small comfort to know that we have a solar panel ready to handle small devices. You wont run your tv off of it, but you will be able to charge your small devices.Of course you need a sunny sky. It has several ports on it, like usb-c and usb-a. I am not certain if you can charge all the ports simultaneously, I will try it and see. This is light weight, would easily pack well into a backpack. Great for camping. It appears to be made well. The surface is not delicate. It does not appear to be made of anything fragile. The surface is black which great for gathering heat. I do recommend this. The price seems fair. I never bought one before
