They’re excellent weights at this price point. I walk at 4.5MPH for 5 minutes and than set the weights down and do 5 without. I do this twice a day for 45 minutes each session. I have noticed about a 25% increase of my calories being burned. At the same time the weights are toning my arms very nicely.
