Absolutely in love with this bag
I needed to get a bigger size bag as I’m adding more gears to my collection. I’ve had a 10lbs K&F sling bag for casually carrying a camera w/ lens attached and an extra lens. This new backpack allows me to bring more lenses and camera. It’s very sturdy. The quality of the zippers is amazing. Rain won’t be able to leak through zipper area. The bag is also very spacious and I love the separate compartment. It’s very functional. This backpack is absolutely a great deal for its price.

It’s an alright option for quick trips.
This is a decent entry level camera bag for those on a budget. It’s comfortable to wear (though the straps could be longer and wider), has space for short zoom, body and a couple of primes, the pockets are decent, and the SBS Zippers are smoothish to operate, and the included rain cover is a nice addition (not everyone does this) This bad does fall short in a few areas though.1 The “hard shell” aspect is both a convenience and a hinderance. If you want to just open up the top or front (well come back to that) a little, reach in and grab something, the shell doesn’t have much flex so it makes that more difficult. And the shell isn’t rigid enough for much extra protection, it really just adds rigidity to the bag.2 The bag is accessible from the front, meaning the portion that is farthest from your body, like a school backpack. I like a bag that is rear accessible, meaning I can wear it on the front of my body and open it up in front of me if I wish. Some bags I have even have interior straps that you can attach so that it opens 90 degrees in front of you like a platform.3 The dividers. These dividers are half (in some cases less than half) as thick as the dividers of every other bag I have. And they are either a “One size fits all” design they just use for all their sizes of bag, or I was sent the wrong dividers in mine because they are just not the right size for this small of a bag, I have to fold them in strange ways to make them useable with this bag. This isn’t a BAD camera bag, it just isn’t a great camera bag. This is ideal for a back up bag, quick day trip, gift for someone just getting into photography, or if you are looking for something to pack around extra items like speedlights etc. but I personally wouldn’t use this as my every day bag. That being said, it does seem well constructed enough that if you get better dividers this could very well provide you with several years of use.

Compact and functional
As a professional photographer with over 15 years of experience and a dozen camera bags behind me, I can confidently say the K&F Concept Camera Backpack Hard Shell 20L is a solid choice for protecting your gear. The first thing that stood out to me is the hard-shell design, which feels much more durable and protective compared to the Amazon bag Iâve been using. For someone carrying expensive camera equipment, this extra layer of protection provides much-needed peace of mind. The bag offers an impressive array of compartments and features, including a rain cover and customizable dividers for the main compartment. While I appreciate the organizational flexibility, I found the size to be a bit on the small side. It was a challenge to transfer all my gear from my old bag into this one, though I managed to fit one camera and two lenses into the main compartment. For photographers who travel light or shoot with minimal equipment, the compact design might be a plus, but it wonât accommodate extensive setups.Despite its smaller size, the bag excels in thoughtful design. The two full-open compartments on the upper and lower sides make accessing gear quick and convenient. The side pockets for tripods or water bottles, along with sturdy straps to secure them, are particularly handy. I also appreciated the comfortable, breathable padded mesh back panel and adjustable shoulder straps, which made carrying the bag for extended periods much easier. The back trolley belt is another bonus for those who frequently travel with rolling luggage. This backpack strikes a balance between portability and protection, making it ideal for photographers who prioritize durability and ease of use over capacity. While it might not be the best fit for those with a lot of gear, its compact size, thoughtful features, and hard-shell protection make it a great option for day shoots or minimalist setups.

K&F Concept Camera Backpack
I’ve been using the K&F Concept Camera Backpack for a few months now, and I’m pretty impressed. It’s a tough, protective case that keeps my camera gear safe and sound. The Good:* This thing is built like a tank. The hard-shell exterior is super durable and does a great job of shieldingmy gear from bumps and drops.* The 20L capacity is perfect for my DSLR, a few lenses, and other accessories. The internal dividers arecustomizable, so I can tailor the space to my specific needs.* I love the dedicated laptop compartment. It’s spacious enough for my 15-inch laptop and keeps itseparate from my camera gear.* The built-in tripod holder is a nice touch. It’s easy to attach and keeps your tripod secure.* The padded shoulder straps and back panel are comfortable, even when carrying a heavy load. The Not-So-Good:* The hard-shell design makes the backpack a bit bulky and can make it a bit difficult to quickly accessmy gear sometimes, but it’s definitely functional.Overall:If you’re looking for a rugged, protective camera backpack that can handle the rigors of travel and outdoor photography, the K&F Concept is a great option. It’s not the most stylish bag, but it’s definitely one of the toughest.
