Good budget dolly, needs better instructions.
Works great. Only complaint is the ridges between the connected poles makes slight bumps as you roll over them. But nothing stabilization can’t fix. Tripod holder came configured incorrectly so I had to watch some videos online to configure correctly. Need better instructions.

I recommend using some sandbags where possible to distribute weight to ensure a smooth track.

Did not come with rail system
Only the base came and not the rail system. Returning it and went to buy again and the PRICE is increased now. I bought the whole set up along with 9ft Jib, will return it all. Feel like it was purposely left out.

Ich war skeptisch, aber das Teil ist echt gut verarbeitet. Das iat kein BilligscheiÃ, das ist das Geld echt wert. Die Montage ist recht einfach, ich hab es ausprobiert. Als Kamera hab’ ich eine Lumix S5 genommen und auf ein Stativ montiert. Die Aufnahmen wurden echt klasse, wie erwartet. Die Schienen sind gutes Zeug, die kann man sogar erweitern.

Franchement jâavais un peu peur dâacheter ce pack, peur que ce soit de mauvais qualité. Et bien câest tout le contraire, le chariot est robuste et facile à monter. Les tubes sont plus larges quâon ne le croit et la longueur est largement suffisante. On peut même en rajouter au bout si besoin. Les deux sacs sont bien pensés et le tout ne prend pas trop de place pour le rangement. Commandez les yeux fermés !

I agonised over which dolly or slider system to buy for many months as I shoot stock video clips professionally and was looking at multiple reviews and had never previously considered this system by Pro Aim but after looking at one of their much more expensive sliders stumbled across this solution and I thought well let me try it as I could always return it. Once I received it and the tripod which I had to buy to be able to mount it on the slider. I did some tests and was very impressed with the results. I don’t know why I didn’t buy think of buying this system before. It’s solidly built and the glide it silky smooth. I would recommend this and would buy it again which for me is always the ultimate recommendation.

Lo swiftdolly è un prodotto estremamente versatile, robusto e di rapido montaggio. Comode le borse a corredo. Regge benissimo carichi gravosi come jibcrane (personalmente ho provato con un Astra 8) senza alcun problema. I binari sono altrettanto funzionali e ben costruiti. Unico consiglio alla Proaim è quello di pensare ad una soluzione di aggancio per i treppiedi regolabile; lo swiftdolly infatti presenta solo tre punti fissi di aggancio (che poi sono tre fori) che, utilizzando un treppiede video con barre di sicurezza, non permettono di poterne modificare l’altezza; in pratica si può usare solo ad ampiezza massima delle “gambe” impedendo di poter montare la MdP ad un’altezza inferiore. Per risolvere basterebbe inserire degli adattatori regolabili in corrispondenza dei tre punti di fissaggio. A parte questo, rappresenta un ottimo sostituto del carrello in condizioni nelle quali è necessaria rapidità nel setup.
