Title: Strong Enough to Wake the Dead (or at Least This Dad)
Review: I’m picky about coffee. Not fancy—just picky. I want it dark, honest, and strong enough to remind me that morning is not optional. This Amazon Fresh Organic Fair Trade Sumatran coffee does the job admirably. It’s rich, earthy, and smooth without tasting like someone filtered a campfire through a sock. No weird bitterness, no burnt diner flavor—just solid, dependable coffee that gets the engine turning.Bonus points for being organic and fair trade, which means I can enjoy my cup knowing both the farmers and my grumpy morning disposition are being treated with proper respect.TL;DR: Strong, smooth, and reliable. Keeps me functioning before 8 a.m., which is more than most things can claim.

Title: OMG Amazingly Good!
Review: This Organic Sumatra is not bad at all! Very smooth. There is no leftover bitterness after drinking.Since the 80s, I have been drinking Peet’s coffee, and I cannot drink bad coffee. To be honest, I did not expect much from Amazon brand coffee. But I decided to try it since it is organic and Sumatra, which is the least acidic and safer for gastritis in comparison. It is very economical, and there was nothing to lose. I am so glad I decided to try it!I mainly use a Melitta. 1 cup of coffee means 3/4 cup in the measuring cup. They somehow do not measure the same way. I simply use 1 Melitta scoop for 1 cup of coffee.

Title: Surprisingly pretty good
Review: This was actually surprisingly pretty good for the price. I overlooked this because of the price, PLUS the fact that the last time I tried a cheaper Amazon brand ground coffee. It was so disgusting, that I ended up throwing the entire bag away the same day I got it. It was THAT bad. It tasted like woodchips mixed with cardboard. Tasted nothing like coffee. This one is supposed to be certified organic non-Gmo. Compared to the other. Which is what I tend to stick with most of the time as it just simply tastes better.I simply could not afford any more of my previous coffee grounds. Things are extremely tight. So I looked at this and the ratings. Generally I go for basic medium roast. However I do like Sumatra, and though Sumatra is generally listed under dark roast, I’ve had Sumatra listed under medium roast.Seeing that the medium had acidity to it, and it was described as tart. That is a huge No-No for my taste. As I prefer deeper, richer, and more chocolatey undertones to my coffee. I hate fruity acidic coffee.Sumatra is supposed to have that. So even though I generally do not get dark coffee in fear of it just tasting like burnt ash. I went with it.I will say this, if Amazon doesn’t price gouge me in the future. And suddenly Jack the price up to like $14, like someone else said they did to them ( it’s already increased a dollar in less than 24 hours after buying it) .Then I will return and stick to this until I have more money to afford a higher quality one. However this one is acceptable. It does have a mild chocolatey like undertone to it. But it’s not as strong and rich as some that I’ve had before that were more expensive. But it’s good enough to satisfy me. It has an acceptable bitterness to it, maybe a little bit more than I would prefer. But again it’s acceptable. I like a mild amount of bitterness as it helps with the illusion of a type of dark chocolate flavor.I agree with someone else, that you might need to add a little extra more depending on your taste to get the flavor you want. The Best Brands that I had required much less and were very concentrated. So if you want to make sure you have enough flavor. Make sure you add extra, more than your default higher quality one.I do get the complaint about packaging. Mine came with some grounds that had escaped out of the bag. Via the little hole in the front. It also just opened up really weird and was a struggle. I had to end up cutting it open and then being creative with it to close it back. Thankfully mine did not taste stale. But I will take the measures that I need to to keep air from getting to it and ruining it.Again amazon, if you do not Jack the price up. I will stick to this brand for right now as an affordable brand of coffee. Because Lord knows I cannot afford to spend 15$ to $24 a bag for coffee anymore. However I can afford $6.

Title: Say no to acid!!!!!
Review: I love good coffee, and there’s a huge difference to what makes it that way, to be a healthy drink, especially to start the day off with!! So excited to discover Peruvian Coffee here, it’s a family favorite, low on that acidic stuff in the stomach, very comfortable to drink, easy to brew and a beautiful medium brown roast color, scent and flavor, smooth totally, it’s in a class of it’s own, I am here to stay and will be getting more. Please don’t miss this extremely enjoyable coffee,Take Care—

Title: Tastes good
Review: Coffee prices have been high lately, so I decided to try this coffee since it’s organic and like half the price of most organic coffees. It’s actually pretty decent coffee. I prefer medium roast, but for a dark roast it isn’t too bold. I’m getting used to the stronger flavor and how to adjust my ratios to make it work. I do pour over, so adding just a little less grounds makes a more medium flavor for me. Will keep buying. It has good flavor and I don’t find it to be bitter at all.

Title: Good Coffee, but Fickle
Review: Great coffee, but the price fluctuates so much, it’s not worth the headache to keep track of how much it’s gonna cost this month if you subscribe. Other than the frustration with the price, it’s really good coffee. Smells great, tastes great, brews smooth. Every time I’ve ordered it (at a low price), it has been packaged well and blended right. I’d love to see them offer an even bigger bulk price.

Title: Good enough and cheap enough organic dark coffee to buy again, and i already did.
Review: *EDIT; for some reason this coffee is good enough if i steep it. like french press or cold press ice fridge coffee. i just percolated a batch and it is Dee Fuggin Skusting! ive accidentally drank pee before and this is worse.steep it if youare going to use this.*dripped its a 2 star coffee.not bad. too many spoiled cry babies in the USA. this is not the best coffee i have ever had. i bought the dark one.-its strong, i like that.-its a little bitter, i like that.-its cheaper than other organic dark coffee, i like that-cry babies cry about ripped bags, i do not give a f if my bag rips or even catches fire, i dont buy coffee for the bag. these people are pathetic that cry about shipping and packaging. WHAT ABOUT THE PRODUCT? btw, my bags didnt rip bc i actually am not a r and know how to open a bag. also, if they did rip, i own glass jars, i own bags, i own boxes, i own an eclectic collection of all sorts of containers that can hold coffee.
