   Some problems are still perfectly solved
   I just received the OOSSXX surveillance camera sent by Amazon. The HDMI signal of the NVR has no signal on the monitor or TV, and there is no indicator light on the NVR panel. Only the green indicator light where the camera is connected to the network cable is flashing. After I contacted Amazon customer service, their service was really very good. They tried every means to solve the problem, which made me feel very warm. They asked me to return the machine. Later, I thought it was too troublesome, so I simply didn’t return it. I wanted to solve this problem myself. Based on years of experience, I disassembled the machine myself to see what the problem was. When I accidentally pressed a circuit board, I heard a beep, and the indicator lights on the front of the panel lit up, because there was a row of sockets below. The manufacturer was so careless that it didn’t press it completely. I found it. The machine is normal now because a group of sockets inside the machine were not fully inserted, causing poor contact. Gently press it down and it will return to normal. The indicator lights on the panel are all lit, the picture is still relatively clear, and the color is OK. Finally, I sincerely thank the customer service staff for your support.

   Specs are false and the system is cheap and has lots of things that don’t work right out of box!
   First of all the specs are not true. This is NOT a 4k system so please stop buying this if you actually want 4k recording and photos.Secondly half the stuff in this box doesn’t even work for all features it claims. Half the cameras won’t do 2 way talking. And the night vision? Holy crap it’s the worst I have ever seen.If you place the camera down and hit record. Stand in front it. Now just turn and walk away from it walking at your normal outdoor pace on the sidewalk.This camera system will literally render you a ghost if you’re lucky! You will completely disappear if you walk (fast). I literally mean, disappear! My son was so scared because I showed him how good this would be for making scary movies, but not for catching burglars or saving your families live in the event you need evedince or a killer caught on video.This system seemed so great in words and also in packing! Wow! They packed this thing SO GOOD and organized. I was blown away how good it looked. I was like hey! Those bad reviews are wrong, this is amazing!!Got it all out and put it together. Easy as can be!! Sweet!!Hit record in pure bright daylight, wow this looks so good (it did but it’s not even close to 4k).Then the shit hit the fan and everything else fell apart. Server locked up, had to hard reset it. Turned out the lights for night record, literally couldn’t see anything. This crap has no nighttime vision at all!Turned on a little light to help it, meh, still sucks but let’s try anyway. Hit record. What’s that? Am I a friggen ghost? Why am I literally teleporting from spot to spot like an electrical mist? This sucks, let’s turn back on all the lights because that was nice!!Turn on lights and hit record. Push the talk button, nothing. Hold talk button, nothing. Read manual to be sure I am doing it right. Yup, sure am. Try again, nope still nothing. Try another camera and talk. it works 1 way cool. Try 2 way, dead silences. repeat and 5-8 cameras do not allow talking PERIOD.Go into the server, hmm, why does this thing keep changing my settings? I said to always be in HD not SD. but 30 seconds after you turn your back to the system, it automatically changes it back to all the settings it wants you to have. Why is the refresh rate so bad? Hmm I can’t choose anything over 15.Every time I tried to use the features on this system I was met with buggy nonworking crap. I just got tired of it and returned it. Returning it was a pain because honestly they packed it so good it took me half a day to get the cords looking half as good as they did to get them to fit back in their boxes.Lastly, I am a 30+ year or working in I.T. and this system highly disappoints. It is so promising in the description and packaging but this is low quality, terrible quality controlled cheap garbage. I applaud the idea of this system but please save yourself the aggrevation unless you honestly don’t care about everything this system claims it does.Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!

   High quality camera system
   Definitely well worth the money. I brought an eight camera system from these people and the quality is awesome and it was fast shipping faster than I thought it would be. The product itself is very well made the only downside is the cameras only One direction versus a gimbal style mount for each camera but what I like the most is the fact that it’s powered through RJ45 connector cables to power the entire system. I know it’s a lot of wires but it’s well worth it versus being wireless and being hacked. Would buy this product again without much thought.

   they are easy to install
   these cameras are affordable, and surely they exceed my expectations, I recommend them. I’ve been using this Camara system for the past six years and they’ve never let me down.

   Este es mi segundo sistema. Las cámaras son increíbles. El sistema operativo está bien una vez que te acostumbras. Enviarte correos electrónicos a ti mismo es una tarea complicada debido a que los números de puerto difieren según el servicio.

   In video playback settings, the hard drive takes 30 seconds or longer to open the screen selected, making it almost impossible to find an event. Should the hard drive be dumped?

   Great zoom and very clear video quality. You can’t beat it for the price.
