I thought this would be much stickier. The adhesive seems fine, but the working non-slip side is no more non-slip than good old inner-tube rubber. No doubt it’s an exotic, long-lasting 3M synthetic, and presumably a silicone rubber with tremendous heat resistance (I didn’t test that), but I was expecting something more in the “slightly gel-like” category — like those pads you set on a counter or dashboard and they stick as if glued, but they just peel off without any residue — because they’re inherently sticky and don’t use adhesive (on the working side). I will no doubt find uses for this, but it was not inherently sticky at all — just (as described) non-skid. I suppose there’s a spectrum from non-skid to tenaciously sticky, all without using adhesives, but I couldn’t tell from the descriptions of this a many other non-skid products on Amazon.

Love this product!! We removed our carpet and added area rugs that had our furniture sliding every time someone sat on the sofas. I struggled trying to find the right fit for the different leg sizes on our furniture. The roll is great because we were able to customize each piece. It’s very strong and my furniture now stays put. Great stuff!

It kept slipping
I have a MacBook Air laptop that I use daily. It sits on the arm of my couch which is cloth and not flat. The computer would regularly fall off and hit the floor. When it broke the USB-C cable I thought I would try this stick on product. It works like a charm, I can leave the Mac at an extreme angle and it stays put. Thanks for making this problem easy to fix.

Very Pleased
When it arrived, I was disapointed. I did not think it was going to work. I WAS WRONG! My adult size children throw themselves on the couch. The couch slides on the hardwoods. It drove me crazy. I am so pleased.

The paper backing didn’t peel off smoothly
The paper backing kept leaving bits of the backing along one edge on the adhesive side of the grip tapethat was very difficult to remove before applying the tape. If it weren’t for that I would rate it 5 star.
