It’s a genuine Logitech webcam, just has the factory sticker removed
I’d consider this purchase to be of excellent value, considering that a brand new webcam of the same model goes for almost double the current sale price.Keep in mind, this is essentially “certified pre-owned”, so expect to receive a unit with minor scratches and blemishes sans original packaging. Only odd thing is that the factory sticker on the back of the camera, with the model/serial number, was removed. Doesn’t affect the functionality at all, though, as this webcam works perfectly otherwise. Shows up in Device Manager as a genuine Logitech webcam of the expected model.

Video and picture quality is great and is customizable using its own Logitech software. Also has an external light that turns on when using your camera, so it will let you know when you have your camera on.

Tuve mis temores al principio por ser un producto usado, no viene en caja pero aún tenÃa los plastiquitos de ser nuevo.Cuando la conecte a mi pc al principio no la reconoció solo reconocÃa el micrófono, use el programa obs y funcionó muy bien ya eh probado más de 1 hora y funciona muy bien. El cable no es muy largo pero es lo suficiente si la usaras en un desk.En cuanto al video es muy buena solo recuerda tener suficiente iluminación, es parecida a la c922 pero esta no tiene un auto enfoque, pero la calidad de imagen está super bien y quieres hacer contenido y no tienes mucho presupuesto, esta cámara buena para iniciarRecomiendo a este vendedor. ðEstoy muy feliz con mi compra.

DOA or Malware
I did not test the webcam right away and waited until I had to get on a meeting to use it but it did not work when plugged in. When I disconnected the webcam and reconnected it I received an error message saying my keyboard was missing a character (looked like a Chinese character) to run a command. Immediately threw it away and keeping an eye on my list of apps. I will never buy a ‘renewed’ product from amazon again to avoid Malware

La verdad es que la recibà en excelentes condiciones sin duda la volverÃa a comprar la calidad de la camara es muy buena y prácticamente no se nota que es Reacondicionada, me encantó.

Si buscas una cámara buena y barata esta es una opción muy buena, la uso para hacer stream y va muy fluida. Punto extra por tener esa luz que se activa cuando está funcionando.

En cuanto al envÃo, todo correcto, llegó antes y bien empaquetada, la cámara aparte del embalaje de Amazon, viene con su propia caja, asà que todo cool.El pero viene porque algunos comentarios decÃan que era una c922, que de eso solo tiene la carcasa, investigando, resulta que es una cámara propia de tiendas departamentales (no es c920 ni c922), si, es completamente de Logitech, la cámara en software de la marca y en Windows es reconocida como “1080p pro stream”, te deja configurar exposición, zoom, balance de blancos y corrección de luz, asà que para la finalidad que necesito, por mi está bien (vaya, es como un hÃbrido de esas dos cámaras, la calidad es imagen es similar a ambos modelos).Si entramos al apartado técnico, en similitud es una c920, porque solo deja utilizar calidad 1080p a 30fps y 720p a 30fps, la calidad es buena con suficiente iluminación se consiguen buenos resultados (dejo video de mi stream para que puedan verlo) por lo que si no tienes ningún tipo de problema con eso, es una excelente opción por el precio actual.Estaré actualizando conforme pase el tiempo, dentro de los 3 meses que dan de garantÃa y posterior a eso, saludos.
