Useful for adapters and extension tubes
Shooting with a micro four-thirds camera system has one unexpected side-effect: the majority of storage products are still designed for equipment that’s closer in size to 35mm film gear. Almost everything that one would use for μ4/3 is at least 1/3 smaller than equivalent lenses and adapters for 35mm. That is also true for modern Canon, Sony, and Nikon gear, whether those are digital SLR or mirrorless designs. Bags are too large, internal compartments are too wide, and storage pouches are huge, compared to the size of the equipment from companies like OM Systems and Panasonic.I needed some padded pouches for smaller items, like adapters and extension tubes. Even the “small” pouches from most vendors were almost twice as big as required, which would waste all sorts of space in my camera bag. JJC’s JN-62×40 pouch looked as if it might be just about the right size, but all were over the recommended size of 62×40 mm or 2.4×1.6 inches in at least one dimension. JJC rightly warns that one should be cautious about the size. The price, however, made them worth the risk, as the sizes were very close. So the pouches arrive. Nicely constructed of neoprene fabric to provide good padding. The cover closes and overlaps the bottom section well to help keep out dust and prevent water intrusion should you get caught out in the rain. Covers are sewn to the body of the pouch to prevent loss. Each has a carabiner included that can be hooked through a loop on the pouch for attachment to a belt or other piece of gear. Opening tabs are small enough to stay out of the way but large enough to easily get hold of. The tabs are also bright blue to make them easily visible on the black pouch. So time to find out if I’ve guessed about a bit of extra room correctly. I grab my adapters. Every single one fit nicely, without any effort at all. So for those who may be interested, here’s what fit, one per pouch, all with proper caps installed:Olympus 4/3 to μ4/3 Adapter MMF2: 2.60×1.37 inches/67×35 mmFotasy OM-M43 Adapter: 2.40×1.75 inches/62×44 mmMeike 10mm and 16mm Extension Tubes (coupled together): 2.33×1.7 inches/60×43 mmNow if only someone would talk with some of us using μ4/3 equipment to design some larger lens pouches that fit better, and a camera bag or two that also fits smaller equipment much better than most of what’s out there.

M43 micro four thirds lens fit list
I like to carry my gear in a simple backpack, but I don’t want lenses and camera bodies clacking up against each other. I’m very happy with these for padding. I started by buying one 2.4 x 1.6 and one 2.6 x 3.1 to check sizing, and now I will be buying a few more. The internal measurements given on the listing are spot on accurate. If you look up your lens specs and compare them to the internal pouch measurements, you can be confident about fit.Below is a list of my micro four thirds (m43) lenses and how they fit. If I say “fits with hood” it means I have the hood. If I don’t mention the hood, I don’t have it to test.- Panasonic 12-32mm is just a touch loose inside the 2.4 x 1.6- Panasonic 20mm is just a touch loose inside the 2.4 x 1.6- Olympus 25mm f1.8 fits perfectly with hood inside 2.4 x 1.6- Panasonic 42.5mm with hood fits tightly the wide way inside the 2.4 x 1.6- Panasonic 42.5mm with hood is just a touch loose inside the 2.6 x 3.1- Panasonic 14-45mm without hood is a perfect fit inside the 2.6 x 3.1- Panasonic 14-45mm with hood fits with effort inside the 2.6 x 3.1

Better fit than expected from description
I have purchased four of the JJC Camera Lens Pouches. Three are 2.4 X 1.6 and one 2.6 X 3.1. I first purchased one 2.4 X 1.6 to try it. The description suggested it might be too small for my use. To my surprise, it fit three of my lenses: a fish eye, a Panasonic Lumix 9 and a Panasonic Lumix 25. I ordered two more. I then ordered one 2.6 X 3.1 for my Olympus 12-24. Fit perfectly. The Pouches seem to provide good protection for the lenses when I remove them from my camera case. They snuggly fit my lenses without wasted space, I do not trust the small loop or included carabiner. My worry is the Velcro closer will not hold up. If the pouches provided a more secure way to attach a carabiner or to a belt I would give the pouches 5 stars.

Good for keeping dust off of smaller lenses.
The cases work well for keeping lenses dust-free when sitting on a shelf. Shown in my photos are the Nikkor Z 40mm f/2 lens and the Nikkor Z DX 16-50mm 3.5-6.3 lens for size comparison with the 3.1″ x 3.1″ case size. The case is a little large for both of these lenses with extra room at the top that prevents the lenses from fitting snuggly inside. But they do keep dust off of the lenses, which is why I purchased them.

Lens Hood
This is perfect for the Canon RF50mm 1.8 and RF16mm 2.8 WITHOUT lens hoods. WITH lens hoods, the next size up, 3.1×3.1 is a much better fit.
Carol A. Wilson –
Great product, fits my RF50 perfectly. This is my 2nd lens case from this range. Both are great.
TitaaG –
It fit perfectly and good quality

Nice lens case. Protective and useful. I liked well enough that I purchased a second for my Sony FE 20mm 1.8. Camera cases are great but sometimes it nice to just put an extra lens in your day backpack, the case if ideal for that. Or as an extra layer of protection in your camera bag.

Fits a canon 2x teleconverter or RF 16mm or both a 16mm and a 1.4 converter or similar lens. I have this attached to my binocular harness to keep lens caps and teleconverters handy.
