   Good choice. We’re happy.
   Very easy to set up and use. The cameras are robust and grab a good image, even in low light situation. The alarm and voice two-way audio communication are good enough for our purpose. We have 10 cameras hooked up now and it all performs just great and helps us to monitor a remote property. We had a minor issue that could have been resolved by us reading the manual (doh!) and support quickly and competently pointed us in the right direction. All in all? We’re very happy with our purchase.

   Excellent quality at an excellent price!
   I wanted to share my experience with this system for anyone considering it.First off, setting up the NVR was quick and straightforward, just plug it in, follow the on-screen instructions, and you’re good to go. The included cameras were already paired to the recorder. I also had a couple of Hiseeu cameras from a previous purchase, and they connected instantly without any extra steps which was surprising. The interface is easy to navigate, making it simple to review footage and to tweak the settings.Now, about the cameras… The 2.5K resolution gives a crisp, clear picture, and the night vision is surprisingly good. Even in total darkness, I can see details clearly.Motion detection does what it’s supposed to without bombarding me with unnecessary alerts, and the two-way audio is a useful bonus. I haven’t actually had a chance to use the two-way audio yet other than having my neighbor have a conversation with me to test it out and it is very cool and clear.Storage and recording work smoothly. The hard drive provides plenty of space, and the system records around the clock 24/7 without any hiccups. Playback is easy and the motion events are easy to find within the graphic time line that the app provides. Pretty slick.As for durability, I already had a couple of Hiseeu cameras installed outside last summer, and they’ve held up perfectly through the summer heat and rain and now they’re getting their first taste of February freezing temperatures and snow and they’re still working excellent. These new ones feel just as solid, and being waterproof as well, I don’t see any reason that they won’t be just as good.Bottom line: if you want a security system that’s easy to set up, captures great quality footage, and holds up over time, this is a solid choice and the price is very hard to beat. It’s especially convenient if you already own Hiseeu cameras since everything integrates seamlessly.It’s an easy 5 star rating. I’ll update my review if my opinion changes.

   The best bang for your buck is right here and it is so easy to install after hooking up to your wifi its legit plug and play and if you do have problems I didn’t but some people do the support team they have is outstanding! It has clear imagine day and night had infrared night vision also and plenty of storage i got the 3 tb and also has 2 way adio that is clear as can be

   The first thing I noticed was the NVR sounded like something was loose
   I read through the reviews and still decided to take the chance. The overall rating was very high, although there was some very concerning ones in there that were 1 star. The first thing I noticed was the NVR sounded like something was loose. I looked closer at the front left side of the NVR. It looked all scratched up and used. It did not have a new appearance. The right side had the plastic on it covering the firstrend logo and power/record indicators. It was peeled off at the edges too. It did not have a new look. This started to make me a little sketchy. Mouse and mouse pad were new. Instruction booklet looked used. Sucked like everyone said. One of the camera power cords was zip tied from being repackaged. I went to hook up the VGA cable, and one of the bolts on the back of the NVR for it was loose. While inspecting the NVR a little closer I realized that 2 of the bolts for the hard drive were not even tightened down. You could see the excess threads protruding down through the bottom of the NVR. That was the sound of something loose I heard when I removed it from the box. To top everything off, when I set up the system online with Denale, It synced the NVR to someone else’s email. Why you may ask? Because it was already sold and returned. I spent $629 for the 1080p 8 camera setup. I almost forgot to mention that the power and record lights would not even light up on the NVR.I wanted a brand new system. They seem to take returns and cobble together systems to resell. They get thrown in the mix. They obviously sell new systems and they are good. They tried to pass the buck on me. Buyers beware

   Love this system!!!!
   We put the system up and running however after 4 days the HDD suddenly stopped working. I removed the cover, disconnected the HDD and plugged it back in and it is running just fine. I figured doing this first was better than complaining to the seller first. Ease of set up was pretty good though it took a bit to figure out setting up the wireless Wifi. We love the picture quality!!!! Haven’t noticed any major lag so that’s good as well. We feel more secure knowing that all the cams record unlike all of the other systems we have used. Well worth the money spent as far as we are concerned!!!

   Good value plenty of storage space no subscription needed
   This is a nice camera set at a reasonable price I like the fact that you can retrieve data without pulling out your credit card. Hard drive has plenty of space for playback. My neighbor saw the set and purchased one as well. Hiseeu is what I use.

    Simple to install and adding to our cell phones was a piece of cake! Delivered next day. Clear pictures. Can be expanded which is a great option! Patch cord, mouse and screen came with this as well. Well worth the money spent (which was very very reasonable)

    Very easy to install with high-quality video.The hard drive had issues and wasn’t recording videos, but I contacted customer service, and they sent me a new one within a few days. Excellent customer service!
