If recent leaks are true, DJI has an exciting July planned. Well-known leaker Jasper Ellens from Drone XL suggests that the company will introduce three major new products next month: the DJI Osmo 360, Osmo Nano, and Mic 3.
Ellens states that the Osmo 360 is set to be revealed on July 15, 2025. This 360-degree action camera is aimed at competing with the GoPro Max and the Insta360 X series. According to the leaks, the Osmo 360 will offer performance similar to that of the Insta360 X5, but in a smaller size. Images that have surfaced show a body noticeably more compact than the X5, raising questions about how DJI intends to maintain high-quality features in such a sleek design.

Shortly thereafter, DJI is anticipated to unveil the Osmo Nano on July 23, 2025. This new ultra-compact action camera is rumored to be a lighter version of the DJI Action 2, featuring a more modular approach. It’s expected to be a competitor to the Insta360 Go 3, which is well-regarded for its portability and 4K video capabilities.

Completing the lineup, DJI is likely to introduce the Mic 3 on July 29, 2025. While specific information is limited, FCC filings have confirmed that this product is in the works. The Mic 3 is expected to feature a new design with an updated display on the receiver. Sources suggest this will be a minor update, enhancing the already popular Mic 2.
More DJI Innovations Are on the Horizon
Looking past July, DJI has additional plans. Reports hint that the DJI Mini 5 Pro may launch as early as September 2025, followed by new drone models like the Avata 3 and Neo 2 in early 2026.
With multiple product announcements ahead, there’s much for DJI enthusiasts to anticipate. Stay tuned for official updates and announcements as they arrive.
