Denise Austin is proudly flaunting her bikini body while enjoying the sun on her Mediterranean getaway.
Last week, she took to Instagram to post images of her trip to Cassis, France, expressing that she feels “strong, healthy, and SO HAPPY.”
“I’m feeling strong, healthy, and SO HAPPY here in the beautiful Bay Cassis!!! A little sunshine, fresh sea air, and a swim in the Mediterranean are just what I need to elevate my mood and keep me feeling GREAT!!” the professional fitness expert shared.

In her photos, Denise wore a blue bikini with white accents while posing on steps leading into the water. She accessorized with gold, dangling earrings and tortoise shell sunglasses as she beamed at the camera.

A few days prior to her recent post, she uploaded two other bikini photos from her vacation.

In these images, Austin donned a bright red bikini as she prepared to descend steps leading to the ocean. In another shot, she was holding a life preserver with “Les Roches Blanches” inscribed on it.

“We’re soaking up the SUNSHINE in beautiful Cassis, France!!! WOW, the water is the most breathtaking shade of BLUE I’ve ever encountered!!!” Austin wrote in her caption.

In January 2024, Austin shared her weight loss tips for those in their 60s with Fox News Digital.
“Just engage in activities that make you feel good,” Austin advised. “I enjoy walking for fitness. I also like using light weights to build and maintain strength. Stretching and practicing yoga are great too. Mixing things up is essential as it keeps your muscles on their toes and prevents plateaus.

“I truly believe that anyone who enjoys what they do — be it pickleball, tennis, or any form of exercise — should keep moving as much as possible. Even standing burns more calories than being seated.”

Having sold over 24 million exercise videos and DVDs throughout her career, authored numerous books, and starred in a fitness television program, Austin shared a straightforward tip for staying fit and shedding pounds.
“My top piece of advice that I give to everyone is to maintain good posture. Posture reveals a lot about an individual,” Austin explained. “If you’re slouched, your tummy has nowhere to go but outward. But when you sit up straight, pull your shoulders back, and engage your core, it changes everything.
“Keeping your spine healthy is crucial. When you stand tall, you can contract your abs for five seconds, which equals one sit-up. You can do these isometric exercises throughout the day, targeting your muscles effectively.”
