How to use
Our card reader can only act as a bridge. We provide card reader driver and SIM card editable software, but we cannot provide smart card driver and editable software such as bank card/ID card. Because it depends on the raw materials or rules of your country and bank. If you need to read them, you need to ask the smart card provider how to download, install and use them.
1. Cannot read ID card
Reason: card reader driver is installed, but ID card driver or editable software is not installed, so it cannot be read.
2. Cannot read bank card.
Reason: card reader driver is installed, but bank card driver or editable software is not installed, so it cannot be read.
3. Cannot read SIM.
SIM card can only be compatible with Windows. Mac OS and Linux are currently not supported

Trashy, cheap, defective, not properly working
Here’s the deal. I purchased this product. I have found that the device may work but what I have experienced that the driver disk don’t work properly. Knowing where these files are supposed to be installed is an impossible task considering that there are no instructions or links to proper documentation for said device. Poorly done. I am very dissatisfied with this cheap device not even worth 2 cents. I paid 10+ dollars for 2 cents worth of brittle plastic that don’t work as intended

The instruction manual is very skimpy and is useless. The include mini-Cd software doesn’t help at all. This device is essentially useless so I’m going to return it.

Nothing will load! Not the disk or the stick! Will only show the files on the CD… no install program.
