Once apprehended, Lopez-Infante will face charges for leaving the scene of an injury accident, failing to provide assistance/file an accident report, attempting to tamper with evidence, and driving without a license or insurance.
Authorities also mentioned he is wanted in Williamson County for an outstanding probation violation related to a theft.
Sheena Carach told Fox News Digital that her son has been in the hospital for 16 days and will remain in a wheelchair for the next two months, appealing for clarity on how Lopez-Infante was allowed to stay in the country.
“I’m asking the American public for help in finding TONY GEBIAN LOPEZ INFANTE (Tony Lopez); he hit our son on 5/18 in Nashville and fled the scene, packed his belongings, attempted to bribe a mechanic to fix the car, and then was picked up in a gold 2005 Toyota Corolla with TN plates,” Sheena Carach posted on her Facebook.
Anyone with information on Lopez-Infante’s location should call Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463.
