CorMedix — The biopharmaceutical company’s stock dropped 10% following its announcement of an $85 million stock offering, facilitated by RBC Capital Markets. Core Scientific — Shares increased by 1%, continuing a 33% surge from Thursday. This rise came after The Wall Street Journal shared that CoreWeave, a provider of artificial intelligence infrastructure, was negotiating to acquire Core Scientific. Concentrix — The company’s shares decreased by 9% after it reported earnings of $2.70 per share, excluding certain items, for the second quarter, falling short of the $2.75 estimate from analysts surveyed by FactSet.
