SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The Readers’ Choice Sweepstakes (referred to as the “Sweepstakes”) follows these official rules (the “Sweepstakes Rules”). The Sweepstakes begins on June 11, 2025, at 12:00 AM ET and concludes on September 7, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
SPONSOR: Ziff Davis, LLC, located at 360 Park Ave South, Floor 17, New York, NY 10010 (the “Sponsor”).
ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. By entering the Sweepstakes as outlined in these Sweepstakes Rules, entrants confirm they meet all eligibility requirements and agree to abide by all rules and decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Previous winners of any sweepstakes conducted by the Sponsor in the nine (9) month period leading up to the Selection Date cannot enter. Individuals (including, but not limited to, employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have worked with or provided services to the Sponsor or any associated organizations within the last six (6) months are ineligible to participate. Immediate Family Members and Household Members are also not eligible. “Immediate Family Members” refers to parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses of an Employee. “Household Members” includes individuals who reside with an Employee for at least three (3) months each year.
HOW TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes: (1) complete the online survey, or (2) enter by mail.
1. Survey Entry: To enter via the online survey, visit the survey page and fill out the current survey during the Sweepstakes Period.
2. Mail Entry: To enter by mail, write your first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code, phone number, and email address on a 3″ x 5″ card. Send your completed entry to:

Mail Entries must be postmarked by September 8, 2025, and received by September 16, 2025.
Only one (1) entry per person is allowed, regardless of the method used. Any attempt by the same individual to submit multiple entries may lead to disqualification.
Only entries submitted during the Sweepstakes Period will count for the Sweepstakes. No other entry methods will be accepted. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and cannot be returned. Entries are limited to individuals; commercial entities and businesses are not eligible. Using a false account will lead to disqualification. The Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received due to internet issues, service outages, computer problems, or other technical difficulties.
Entries must comply with the applicable restrictions and eligibility requirements outlined here. All entries will be considered to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email or phone number provided at the time of entry. Multiple individuals cannot use the same email address. If multiple users enter the Sweepstakes using the same email or phone number and a dispute arises regarding the entrant’s identity, the Authorized Account Holder of said email or mobile phone number will be considered the entrant. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the individual assigned the email address or phone number by an Internet provider, phone service provider, or another responsible organization. Submitting an entry does not guarantee it has been received by the website administrator for online entries. The website administrator’s computer will serve as the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes promotion. Entries will be disqualified if they are incomplete or if the Sponsor determines, at its discretion, that multiple entries from the same entrant violate the Sweepstakes Rules.
Entries that are late, lost, stolen, tampered with, incomplete, illegible, or otherwise not compliant with these Official Rules will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The Sponsor will randomly select the prize winner(s) (collectively, the “Winner”) on or around September 30, 2025 (“Selection Date”) from all eligible entries. The Winner will be informed by email at the contact information provided during entry. Notification will be considered effective immediately upon sending by the Sponsor. Winners must respond as directed within seven (7) days of notification. Only entries received during the Sweepstakes Period will be counted. The odds of winning will vary based on the number of eligible entries received. The Sponsor reserves the right to choose an alternative winner if a potential winner is disqualified or found ineligible.

PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive the following prize (collectively, the “Prize”):
One (1) $250 Amazon.com gift code via email, valued at approximately two hundred fifty dollars ($250).
No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded, and all listed prizes will be given out. The actual retail value of the Prize may differ based on market conditions. Any difference in the Prize’s value from the stated amount will not be given. Cash or prize substitutions are not allowed, unless decided by the Sponsor. The Prize cannot be transferred. If the Prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s control, a similar Prize of equal or higher value will be provided; however, if a Prize remains unclaimed or is forfeited, it may not be re-awarded at the Sponsor’s discretion. If there are more prizes available for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right to only award the stated amount of prizes through a random drawing among all eligible and legitimate claims.
ACCEPTANCE AND DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE: The Winner will need to verify their address and may have to sign certain documents before a notary public and return them within seven (7) days (or a shorter time if required by urgency): an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and (where permitted by law) a publicity release covering issues of eligibility, liability, advertising, publicity, and media appearances (together, the “Prize Claim Documents”). If a participant cannot verify the information provided in their entry, they will automatically be disqualified, and their prize will be forfeited. The Prize will not be awarded until all correctly filled out and notarized Prize Claim Documents are returned to the Sponsor. Prizes won by a minor will be issued to their parent or legal guardian, who must sign and return all necessary Prize Claim Documents. If the Prize Claim Documents are not returned within the specified timeframe, an alternate Winner may be selected. The Prize will be sent to the Winner within 7 days of receiving the signed Affidavit and Release. The Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the received Prize, if applicable.
OTHER RULES: This sweepstakes is governed by all applicable laws and is void where restricted. All entries into the sweepstakes are the sole property of the sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. The Winner assumes full responsibility for any injuries or damages incurred from participating in the sweepstakes or from the use or misuse of any prize.
By entering the sweepstakes, each Winner allows the SPONSOR to use their name, city, state/province, email address, and any submitted photograph.
