IT’S STURDY.
I bought one just before this one and it turned out to be a disappointment. I had to return it. Which Amazon makes very easy to do. So I bought this one hoping for a good product. It’s too early to tell if this will hold up under the actual work conditions. It feels sturdy and it might be just the one I need. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a convenient mic stand that’s easy to carry. I have high hopes for it.

Great for beginner
This is super sturdy. Great for a beginner studio. It also holds a heavier set mic with no issues like leaning.

Very nice for light microphones. Well made. Heavy mics with long extensions will not work.
OK for light microphones. I have a Sennheiser 832 vocal mic [or and SM58 or 57] and it is totally inadequate for these. I have modified this stand by adding steel rods in the three legs. The rods are 1/2″ x 12″, the length of the legs. I do this to my guitar stands and other mic stands. It really did not help here, as the tripod configuration of the legs is not good. The center post needs to come closer to the ground when these legs are fully extended. Some other mic stands are designed this way.I have also attached a steel weight to the center stand, and this has made this stand acceptable. The stands multiple adjustments are very nice too. I use these for vocal mics in my studio, with me in sitting position. As I play multiple types of instruments thru an instrument mic, I need my vocal mic stand to be a good distance away, for clearance switching the instrument.

Don’t buy for Rode NT1
Compatible with the Rode NT1 5th gen. It’s not strong enough to withstand the weight of the Rode NT1 5th gen at an angle of any kind except straight up. It keeps sliding or almost falling over. Not sturdy at all for my microphone. Yes, I have tightened all the knobs etc.I don’t recommend it. it will be good for lighter microphones. I’m looking for a new one

I would say that this is a very good product. You can make any adjustment that you need and the price is great. It is sturdy but if you set up the boom and your mic is on the heavier side; make sure to line it up with one of the 3 legs on the base. It is made well with a nice finish and everything fits together very well.
