From the brand
Rip Toned was founded in 2013 when I started noticing people training hard but being held back by avoidable obstacles: lack of proper support, low-quality gear, and nagging injuries. I realized I could create something better. Our team focuses daily on what gear best supports the needs of “you,” the lifter doing the work in the gym.
We so appreciate your support,

Flexible version was just what I want and more
Absolutely love them so far!!!!!! Iâve always had wrist problems going heavy, and I was worried about the flexible version not being enough but itâs actually everything I was hoping it would be. Iâm going to order a pair for my 15 year old nephew who works out with me when he starts getting into the heavier weights. Definitely earned the 5 stars in my opinion.

“Game-Changer for Wrist Support: How Rip Toned Wrist Wraps Transformed My Workouts at 61”
I was introduced to this product by a trainer at my gym after I mentioned experiencing weakness in my left wrist due to an old injury that’s now developed into arthritis, limiting my ability to weight train. At the time, I was using a wrist guard that covered both my hand and wrist, offering some support, but it still restricted my range of motion and held back my workouts. One day, I forgot to bring my wrist guard to the gym and thought I wouldnât be able to train effectively. The trainer suggested I try the Rip Toned wrist wrap, and I was immediately impressed by its simplicity and the enhanced support it provided throughout my movements.I was hooked right away and ordered it on Amazon. Since then, I’ve felt much more confident in my workouts. I no longer worry about straining or tweaking my wrist during certain exercises like I used to. As a 61-year-old who’s built a solid weight training routine and loves staying active, I was concerned about losing the ability to continue my workouts due to wrist pain. This product has been a game-changer, allowing me to keep training without fear of injury.I highly recommend it to anyone serious about their training, whether you’re dealing with wrist issues or just want to prevent them. It’s been a lifesaver for me, and I’m incredibly thankful to have found it.

Mostly good
Your wrists/hands will get very warm in these! They’re as stabilizing as advertised – soft unless they’re tight. I wish they had hand markers (right or left) on the individual wraps. They’re not super durable – the outside tears with continued use. Other than those things, they perform as expected.

Great wraps for support
My wrists are very weak, and the wraps definitely help to support them during weight training.

Game-Changer for Weightlifting: Stiff Wrist Wraps That Deliver
When youâre lifting, the last thing you want is for the limiting factor to be something other than the muscle youâre working on. Itâs incredibly frustrating to be mid-set, still feeling strong, only to have your grip or wrists give out before your target muscle does. Thatâs where these wrist wraps come in.Iâve been using a softer pair for a while and decided to upgrade to the stiff version this timeâand wow, what a difference! The support they provide allows me to fully focus on the lift without worrying about my grip strength holding me back. I now use these wraps for every set, every workout, and theyâve become a non-negotiable part of my gym routine. That said, the stiffer material does come with some trade-offs. If theyâre wrapped too tightly, you may feel slight discomfort or restricted blood flow during certain movements, but releasing the pressure between sets solves that easily. The quality is excellentâthick, sturdy, and clearly built to last. Plus, I love the color I chose; it adds a bit of style to function. While they might seem pricey for such a simple product, their durability and the advantage they provide make them well worth it.If youâre serious about lifting and tired of grip strength being the weak link in your workouts, these wrist wraps are a fantastic investment. Iâll also be reviewing some wrist straps soon, but for now, these wraps are a total game-changer!

Okay but not great
Works well but after a couple of months they seem to rip the more you used them.

Al comienzo están un poco duras, pero es normal. Están bien rematadas y no son incomodas ni hacen daño a la piel

Today’s date is May 29 2021Around April 2 2021 I got a ganglion cyst on my left wrist. It was a volar cyst(palm side), not dorsal cyst(knuckle side).Prior to getting the cyst, I had a lot of pain in both wrists in March 2021 while doing dips with a weighted vest. I guess looking back, my wrists couldn’t handle my body weight and weighted vest..I shouldn’t of put so much weight in the vest..Never had problems before.Anyways, when I got my cyst in April, I was screwed.. No more dips for me..I tried knuckle pushups and had no problem doing them, however I felt like I was only hitting 20% of my chest compared to dips..I couldn’t do flat handed push ups cause of cyst..I had to get back to dips.I got these straps for my wrist and I’m happy to say I’m back to doing dips.. Remember, I still have a ganglion cyst on my left wrist that hurts sometimes when not in use..However, when I wrap my wrist/ganglion tightly, I feel nothing and can do dips..I am not using a weighted vest for the time being. The cool thing is when I’m done doing the dip/workout and take off the wrist straps, my wrists feel fine for the whole day..No pain from the workout.I was so impressed with these straps that I purchased another 2 sets. One set I would leave in the car in case I have to lift anything heavy and the other set as a back up for working out..The quality looks good(nothing to compare too). I’m not sure how long the Velcro will last….I might buy a couple more cause everything I like/buy gets discontinued in the future..My life story. As for the ganglion cyst,..I’ve read where people have been taking vitamin D3/ K2 to get rid of it..Also, dry fasting might work…It is well known where people smash the cyst with books(known as bible bumps)..The ones they smash that I have seen are the dorsal kind, not volar type that I have…….Also, Ive read where doctors/ clinics aspirate the dorsal cyst, which drains it and unfortunately comes back sometimes….However, I came across a clinic where they will aspirate a volar cyst..The reason no one wants to touch them is cause of the arteries in the wrist on the palm side…So, there are some options for you to get rid of your ganglion, however I would still wear these straps even after the fact.
