A skateboard photography must!
I have been using the TTArtisan 11mm F2.8 Full Frame Ultra-Wide Fisheye Manual Lens for my Sony E Mount for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier! This lens has quickly become my go-to for shooting skateboarding and capturing contemporary lifestyle images. The ultra-wide 11mm focal length is amazing for getting those dramatic, up-close shots that immerse you in the action. Whether I’m shooting an extremely close action shot or capturing vibrant exaggerated lifestyle shots, this lens delivers a unique, artistic look with its fisheye distortion. What I love most is how versatile it is in different lighting conditions. The f/2.8 aperture works great in low light, so I can shoot from sunrise to sunset without worrying about the quality of my photos. The manual focus isnât an issue as the lens is so wide that almost everything is in focus already.Plus, itâs build quality is robust. Itâs priced reasonably so I can replace it when needed due to how close I get to skate action. Whether youâre into action shots or love capturing the everyday moments in a fresh way, I highly recommend the TTArtisan 11mm F2.8 lens. A must for skate photographers and lifestyle photographers alike.

Love it
I bought this for nighttime landscapes so controlling coma with stars is essential. It performs very well stopped down just one to f/4 and is very good f/4-f/11. Infinity focus on the lens is accurate and I usually tape it there.I use it as often as a 14mm costing almost 10x as much.

First and only fisheye I’ll ever get
There really is no beating this value to quality ratio for a lens like this in my opinion. I wasn’t sure if I would get a lot of use out of a fisheye lens since it has a niche effect, but I almost replaced my normal wide with this because I love the images it produces. Keep in mind too with editing software you an almost remove most of, if not all the distortion, if you are looking for a more standard looking wide shot. The lens feels really solid in weight, quality, and functionality. I use it on my Sony a7III. It has a bit of a tight click going on, but it does fit as intended. Also it is the kind of lens that you cant really just run and gun with since its manual focus. I highly suggest putting on your focus peaking guides while using this since it can be hard to see what’s in focus at a quick glance. All in all very pleased with it and will be recommending it to friends.

Ok but
The lens is ok but it wasnât for me⦠I tested it out because I am getting into real estate photography⦠I used it for about three weeks and it is a pretty wide angle lens, but the images werenât as sharp as I wanted them to be even with the assist features in my cameraâ¦. I would recommend this lens but just not for me.

Wish it was AF
Love this lens, it pretty much lives on my camera now. I was a canon guy and their 15mm fisheye was my favorite. Unfortunately sony users are slim on fisheye options but i tried this and im very satisfied. For the price you get a nice hefty metal lens that feels much more expensive than the price you pay. Picture quality is great if you can get down with MF like that. Wish the aperture ring had some clicks between each stop cause i tend to accidentally move it and not notice it a lot but other than that its great.

It is a manual lens so if youâre expecting full auto look elsewhere
This lens produces really nice images. Iâve been using it for 360 degree panoramas (using a pano head on my tripod) on my Sony a7ii and have been very pleased with the result.

How to love a lens.
My third full-frame lens. Quality build and heft. Fully manual. Won’t accept any screw-on objective filters (someone had already mentioned that.) Still learning how to put it in its zone. I shoot for a hobby. Overall, very satisfied.

LOVE THE LENS, super sharp, it reminds me of my old 10.5mm Nikon APSC lens…. but i found the copy i received of this lens, infinity focus didnt get to infinity to get crisp/clean focus of stars.

Really well built, will last a lifetime. Fisheye distortion is excessive, good for limited use only. Totally manual lens.
