Pic sensor isn’t the best but video is fantastic and works well!
EDIT: the company reached out and gave me the info for how to set it up for video and it is much better. The instructions weren’t very clear in the booklet but once they told me how to it was very simple. Much better seeing the video clips and the sensor seems to work better for that than the pictures. There is a “slight” delay in setting off the camera but that is to be expected so if an animal is running by I often get the tail end of them but if they are walking around it works perfectly and I have caught some wonderful videos of the animals on our property from a mother possum with her babies to a mated deer couple and coyotes and even hawks catching rodents. They also have another camera with audio that is very nice and the buck seems intrigued by it as well as he is always checking it out lol for the price this is a great purchase and we bow have multiple ones set up all over our property.I am starting off on 3 stars but can hopefully edit for 5. I really like this camera, seems very simple to setup and use, great price, arrived super fast, picture quality is not bad.Now for the star deductions..nowhere in the setup did it ask/offer up video settings. I followed the instructions step by step and even went back through the setup a second time to see that I didn’t miss it. So it is not taking video until I figure that out.We purchased this to see how possums keep getting into the barn as we have already lost a 6 month old rare breed roo and refuse to bring new babies in until we solve the issue. This camera took 54 pics over 3 days of my husband in the barn or the roo walking by..and then stopped…the night before we caught this critter in our trap. The camera is facing RIGHT AT THE TRAP and (s)he is a biggun and it did not pick him up AT ALL on the camera. Batteries are totally fine as I checked everything out. Very upset about that. Now I cleared the SD card and we are moving the camera to a different location to hopefully get a wider range and pick up the next one. If I can figure out the video and the sensor works better next time around I will update to 5 stars because for the price it is great. Just failed us the time we needed it the most.

Game changers
These cameras are a.m.a.z.i.n.g. We have poultry and suddenly a bunch of ducks started going missing without a trace. I bought this 2 pack to place in 2 spots to find out if it was a ground predator or a bird of prey (we have bald eagles and hawks nesting all around us so I thought perhaps a large bird was stealing them in the yard during the day). These cameras not only caught skunks the very first night I put them up, but also a raccoon only a few nights later, and just recently a freaking BOBCAT ð³ They also verified that the predator was not, in fact, a bird of prey. When I realized about a month ago that eggs were being damaged in the nest boxes, I repositioned a camera inside the coop and discovered a stupid blue jay was flying in, cracking them open and eating just a little bit out of each egg (so wasteful, what a jerk); also discovered a hen was “cleaning up” the broken eggs out of the nest boxes, which made me smile lol.The picture quality is great on both video mode and picture mode. I had mine set to video in the yard to see about birds of prey, and the one in front of the coop set to “3 shot” mode. In both modes the motion detection was a little laggy, but not enough so that I couldn’t clearly tell what animal was in my yard, as seen in the pictures I posted with this review. I can’t attest to the battery life; I’d read in other reviews that the batteries drain fast, so the yard camera would be turned off at night and on in the day, and coop camera was on during the night and off during the day. And once I found my culprits I just turned them off. So as yard security, the battery life has done well for my needs, but for use on the trail I can’t cast my vote on it. But all in all they did exactly what I needed them to do, multiple times over, and I love them!! Can’t beat the price either!!!

Wasoda Trail Cam
This item wasn’t too expensive, and does a good job. The only problem is that it takes a lot of batteries. The sensor readily triggers so that you get a pretty good video of whatever it was that activated the device, in my case the critters I leave table scraps for in the woods, such as foxes and raccoons.

Great product support
I was having a problem with one of my cameras. I sent WOSODA an email describing my problem. They asked me some information to verify that I did make the purchase and said that they would send me a new camera. I had a new camera six days later!

Satisfied
You get what you pay for in game cameras. These take good pictures but are not as user friendly as others on the market and they may not hold up as well

Nature up close and beautiful
A few weeks ago we set up a garden in our backyard and have been having horrible luck because something keeps eating everything we plant. Our security cameras were not able to see the culprits so my husband suggested hunting cameras. I ran across this set on my search and thought wow two for the price of one.The only thing not included was an sd card which is simple to obtain and we had a few lying around the house unused. The mounting straps are included and were very easy to attach and set up. The picture quality and details even at night or in the rain are amazing. These cameras not only let us see the cranes who had been feasting on our vegetation but also the raccoon family who had been burying their treasures in our soil. Additionally on closer inspection i could see the lizards and frogs and even a few snails who had also made their home in our garden. It was truly amazing to see nature living and so up close even in our own backyard. We have since put up a few deterrents and some veggie cages but i won’t be taking the camera down and now enjoy watching the nighttime activities for hobby. It’s such a big world but the amazing things you can witness even in your own little piece of it are truly awe-inspiring and something we couldn’t have done without these.
