Great to have and haven’t tested water resistance yet
These work wonderfully in USB-C ports I got them after my mother told me that they destroyed their apple TV remote by water getting into the port. I got myself one recently and decided to get these for protection from that. So far I haven’t had any tests but its great ease on my mind that they are there helping a little.Pro: Easy to insert, and remove fits perfectly and does exactly as described.Con: Don’t use this for ports that need to be used daily or all of the time. Its a hassle removing and reinserting them every time you plugin and unplug and I’ve lost several of them due to this. Keeping them for less used USB-C ports on a remote, or computer or the like would be best.Overall: get these for your water sensitive electronics.

Great product, great price
These are just what we needed to keep dust out of the charging port on our phones. My husband carries his in his pocket, and it got so bad his phone wouldn’t charge at all. I thought he needed a new port. After consulting a repair store, we decided to try cleaning the port with compressed air and then getting these plugs. It worked! Phone is fine and dust threat eliminated. Saved us over $100 for a new port. I can’t believe it was such a perfect and cheap fix!
