Easy to use. Haven’t dropped a phone yet.
After two years and 7,000 miles on two bikes, I haven’t had any issues with my phone coming loose yet. I ride streets, but the potholes and brick paving around here are enough to make my water bottles fly. I have an iPhone 11 Pro that was in a slippery plastic case till that wore out recently, now it’s in a more grippy silicone case. Both work fine in this holder. I can manage to release and replace my phone in the mount with one hand while I’m riding, although it’s a bit tricky. Very easy using both hands. The strap needs to be very tight on my cargo bike handlebars or it will slip, but the strap seems to take the strain ok. The photos show it mounted on my cyclocross bike stem. If I needed another bike phone mount, I’d just buy another one of these. It leaves the full screen accessible as well as the side buttons, and the charger port at the bottom is clear, too, so I can use a navigation app with an external battery pack plugged in on long rides. The phone does tend to rotate in use, but very slowly. I can live with that. My headlight does the same thing.

Fast to insert and remove phone!
Surpised by how well this inexpensive items works. I like the fact that it attaches quickly with a rubber strap. Also, with one squeeze, I can put my phone in the holder, and remove it. I go on bike rides on level paved surfaces, and the holder never slips or falls off. Winner!

Fifth and final mount for me!
I have been buying different phone mounts for nearly four months now and they all either broke or rattled unsafely and I chose not to use them. I am on an electric scooter, not a bike, and I tend to go full throttle most of the time which is about 30 mph and things get a bit shaky at that speed on a bike path not designed for it. No, I don’t go that fast on bike paths near other people. That being said, this Nite Ize phone holder is really quite stable for how simple it is. I had seen it online more than a few times over the months but thought it looked super cheap and flimsy but then I saw one on a guy’s bike on the commuter train and asked him if I could mess with it. I put my phone in it and pulled and shook my phone like I was actively trying to rip it off the handlebars but it was very secure. Two weeks later, mine shows up and I mount it to my handlebars with much joy because it will fit nearly any size pipe. Most other accessories I’ve looked at have a specific handlebar diameter that they can mount to and my standard sized pipe has VERY limited real estate. The thicker portion of my T-bar has some more room but very little fits. Lo and behold, this phone mount fits there easily, solving my months long phone mounting issue once and for all.I wanted to include a picture but I can’t take a picture with my phone while it’s mounted so…Anyway, I have been buying camping lights from this company for years now, so I already knew and trusted the brand name, but I had no idea their bike phone mount would be so good compared to others with bigger names or more specialized products. Sure, I didn’t expect Nite Ize to put out a decent phone mount but I’ll take it. It is apparently THE BEST!

Easy way to bring your phone with you
Sure, you can stuff your phone into your jersey pocket or you can put it in a saddle bag but it sure is nice to have it front and center on your handlebars. I originally bought this to use on my bike during Zwift sessions so I could see the route on my phone while seeing the main screen on my monitor in front of me. I found that it works perfectly, absurdly easy to simply squeeze, insert my phone and have it held with perfect tension every time. Then I decided to try it while out on the road riding. I wasn’t entirely sure at first but what I found is that the same grip is there, confidently holding my phone however the nature of the mount means that it does wiggle a little. No, the phone isn’t loose, its just the mount inherently has some movement when the road gets bumpy; I wish it was a little more stable if but at the same time I am 100% confident in it. No, you don’t need to have your phone right there in front of you but you know what? Once you try this you’ll realize that you’ll want to and that makes it well worth the price.

Just bought another for my other bike!
This is a great product. I was actually afraid they didnât make it anymore as I bought my first one a couple of years back. I use it primarily for road biking. The clamps securely hold my phone in place and I have been over some rough roads. Simplicity is very hard to achieve and this does so. Itâs easy to install and easy to operate.

Easy on, easy to use
No messing here, it goes on easy, stays in place, couldn’t be easier to connect a phone – OK a cell phone, duh, grips said phone so it won’t go into orbit while you do – assuming you ride an eMTB – and is low profile and doesn’t look like a tripod sitting on the handlebars…On second thoughts, it’s fine for a road bike but after a fairly technical jarring e-MTB downhill ride it did move around alarmingly with a large-type cell phone. It’s still 5 stars but not necessarily recommended for off-road bikes.

QUICK RELEASE SQUEEZE!
If you’re a photographer like me, this is the phone holder for you. The quick release squeeze feature is great for accessing your camera-phone quickly. It seems to be sturdy over bumps as well. I also like the stem mounting, I don’t like things mounted to my handlebars. The only improvement I could suggest, is the mounting strap could be longer. I have a very wide stem (Klein), so I had to grind down the mount to stretch the strap around the stem. I called the company, and they were helpful, but didn’t have a longer strap.

Broken
Mine fell off my bike (came loose) and one of the arms holding the phone cracked off. Not terribly sturdy. It’s now unusable, but while it lasted it was easy and convenient to attach and detach my phone. I’d think about buying another one, but probably not.

Durable. Wiggles a little, but within reason. Holds the phone right. Easy to operate one handed. Couldn’t think of a way to improve upon it.

Easy to use and install. More importantly it grips my iPhone securely and Iâve ridden my bikes all over the world and has never dislodged. Itâs easy to release when I need to grab my phone to take a photo or pay for something. Iâve used all kinds of phone holders on my bikes but this one beats them all.

I am on my bike a lot, actually working in the bike touring industry. I’ve tried a few different phone holders and this is hands-down the best option. It is flexible in terms of handlebar diameter, it’s quick to install/uninstall, AND (most importantly) the ‘squeeze’ mechanism allows me to grap my phone quickly when I am leaving my bike unattended or want to grab a picture. I have one for each of my bikes, and couldn’t recommend it more.

Build quality is good. It’s easy to install. I can easily install it on the stem. Phone can be easily put on and the grip is firm enough. You can also easily release it when you want to.

My son has used it on both his rides and has not lost his iPhone 13 after a full summer and fall using it daily.
