Why is my power bank providing fewer charges than expected?
Energy loss during charging due to inefficiencies in battery cells and circuitry results in a 30% to 45% capacity reduction. A fully charged Anker 25,000mAh power bank typically delivers about 13,750 to 17,500mAh.
How can I estimate the number of charges for my device?
To estimate the number of charges, use this formula: (Power Bank Total Capacity × 0.65) ÷ Device Battery Capacity. For example, a device with a 3,349mAh battery can receive approximately 4.8 charges from a 25,000mAh power bank.
How long does it take to recharge the power bank?
The recharge time depends on the charger’s power and the ambient temperature. Using a 100W or higher charger at 77°F (25°C), it typically takes about 2 hours to fully recharge the power bank.
Does it support pass-through charging?
Yes, the power bank supports pass-through charging. However, it requires a charger rated at 20W or higher, and the input power must exceed the output power to enable this feature.
Is it normal for the power bank to display “No Recharging Mode”?
Yes, this is normal. When the power bank discharges at high power, its temperature increases. For safety, the protection mechanism temporarily delays recharging until the temperature lowers, but it will continue to discharge during this period.

Worth the price
I am traveling frequently for work and got this to help me keep devices charged while on the go. The battery is pricier than other options, but you get value for the price. Battery capacity is excellent, it will charge my iPhone about 6 times, or keep my iPhone and iPad charged for 2 days of heavy use. The included cables are very functional, the retractable one works great, and the carrying loop doubling as a second cable is a brilliant addition. The size is relatively large but easy to pack and not obtrusive. Most importantly, this battery recharges exceptionally quickly and also displays its status in a way that is very simple to make sense of.

Anker is BEST – Innovative and Great Quality
Anker – top of the line when in comes to build quality and features for battery packs. Its a little on the heavy side, but you’re getting a lot of watts….and the two built-in USB-C cords is GENIUS! Easily recharged my iPad Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max simultaneously. It was a life saver on my recent trip. Loved it so much I bout another one for my wife to use with her iPad Pro and MacbookPro. Another plus – recharges fast – plugged it in to the seta-back 60w USB-C plug on a recent flight and it recharged from less than 20% to 100% in about 90 minutes.

Excellently designed with fast charging speeds in both directions
This is an excellent and well designed unit. I have two other Anker Power banks. The other two are the ‘Prime’ variety that work with a charging base; they are also excellent. This latest one has some nice features, many very subtle but they add up. The bottom has an incorporated rubbery pad which makes it nice and secure when placed on a desk. It feels comfortable to pick up; it’s ergonomically well designed with rounded edges. It has the same nice screen that my other Anker power banks have. The two USB-C cables that are built-in are excellent, one retractable at the top and the side one doubles as a handle. The top one is really slick, and well detailed so it nests tightly with what appears to be a magnet. Another example of attention to detail. I didn’t need to get this as I said, I have two other Anker Power banks, but I’m a gadget hound but I’m still glad I got this. If you don’t have a power bank now and want one, this one is GREAT!! Oh, btw, the I/O charging speed is excellent.

Good value, but battery life could be better.
Iâve been using this power bank for almost 2 months. Itâs rated at a total of 165W, and I tested it by charging two HP laptops via USB-Câone drawing about 58W and the other 40W. It charged both laptops up to around 80% at a decent speed, but it also drained the entire power bank fairly quickly. That said, I donât anticipate needing to charge two laptops often. The bank does not charge to %100, it get to about %97-98.The main reason I purchased this model was that it was on sale, and I wanted something reliable for trips. Plus, I like ANKER products. It does get noticeably warm when charging devices, more so than when itâs recharging itself. If I were planning to charge two laptops regularly, Iâd probably go for the 250W model, but at $180, itâs not quite worth it for me.Overall, for $80, this power bank looks great, delivers 165W, and comes with two built-in USB-C cables. Itâs a bit bulky, and I wish the display stayed on a bit longer. No Bluetooth functionality, so make sure to use high-quality cables for the best performance.

Very nice upgrade from my 7 year old model (of the same capacity.)
During a recent 3-day power outage, my 7 year old Anker 25K mAh power bank kept our phones and ipads alive – if we were careful with their use. On the second day I started thinking it would have been nice to have a second one, just in case, and I had been eyeing these on Amazon for some time. Most of our devices are USB-C now so the 2 built in connectors wiil just plug in, and a 4-pack of Thunderbird adapters is cheap enough to just put one in each travel bag – in case we forget to take one of the many USB-A/Thunderbird cables we already have.So I bought this one as soon as we could get back online. This is a VERY nice upgrade of the older model. It seems to recharge a lot faster, and clearly charges the Apple M1 tablet and computer MUCH better than the old one which was basically made for phones of the day. So while the capacity may be the same as before (thanks TSA) the functionality is much greater for today’s technology. The built in cables are convenient, and the various readouts are comforting if not absolutely necessary. But as I can’t seem to stop getting older, I’m finding that comfort, in the form of additional information like this device provides, is worth paying for. It’s a bit heavier than the older model, but probably about the same size if you measure volume. Its square shape will make it harder to fit into my carry-on computer bag than the older, flatter model, but I wouldn’t give up its improvements for the flatter shape. I’ll find a computer bag that works better if it comes to that.Overall, I’m very pleased with the product. If it lasts and performs as reliably as the older one it will be a more than worthwhile purchase.

This is really impressive. Two cables that have ultra charging capabilities. Can charge four devices. The only issue I have, is it weighs a tonne. If you carry it in a backpack, you’ll feel the weight. It also takes a few hours to charge the Anker powerbank to 100 percent.
