Title: helps with sleep
Review: I use this product in conjunction with EVL’s ZMatrix. ZMA Supplement. Besides that Ive been buying and using nightly for over 4 months. Going over reviews was one thing, but knowing what i was taking as well as knowing it would work without me walking up in the middle of the night mattered too. That said the ingredients include L-Theanine which is basically from green tea which aids in relaxation. Valerian powder which also aids in relaxation, reduction of anxiety. Chamomile Powder – for calming, l-Tryptopan is used to aid in protein production, balancing nitrogen which is then turned into Serotonin which helps in regulating your mood & sleep. Next up is Passionfruit which has been said to eliminate insomnia & anxiety, while Lemon Balm extract boosts your GABA levels which brings us to GABA which will dampen nerve activity. it is a neurotransmitter its found in your CNS. it leads to feelings of calm and relaxation. Hops extract: usually found in conjunction with Valerian root, deepens that relaxed feeling. Finally the old winner: Melatonin powder: aids in falling asleep faster.Typically in the past ive found that taking melatonin by itsself is hit or miss or i wake up groggy and hung over in a state of sleep.After taking this supplement for awhile now i do fall asleep, but what keeps me buying it is that i can pull out a book, read and fall asleep when i want. i also stay asleep longer. i live in atlanta and there are no shortage of freight trains rolling though all hours of the night, i-75s traffic noise, or my better half sawing redwood snores most of the night. So basically it does what its marketed for. I stay asleep longer. i wake up fine, and i have yet to wake up groggy.With the addition of the ZMA zmatrix complex, to supps from that also seem to help with the Magnesium helping to rest sore tired muscles (think along the lines of epson salt) and black pepper extract which aids in improved absorption.hope this review helps.

Review: If you’re having trouble sleeping at night or falling asleep, the stuff works. I don’t write many reviews. This product is sleep mode. It’s gonna work differently on everyone, Some people may work on an hour or so so may take three or four hours like myself whatever how much sleep you get whether it’s four hours or six hours or seven hours you wake up feeling refreshed that’s my experience. I’ve been taking it now for almost a month. I’ve already ordered my second bottle so if you need a little help to fall asleep this is a good product. I will warn you, though the smell when you open the bottle is terrible, but it’s not about that. It’s about what it supposed to do. Give it a try. I think you’ll be glad you did.

Review: I took two pills at first and two, four hours after and was still awake. I don’t find that prescription sleeping pills even work at all. Last time trying, it only works if you take with prescription sleeping pills I take 4 of these and one prescription pill and sleep for 8 hours. I take 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 of these on its own doesn’t work or one prescription pill but together you sleep and wake up feeling refreshed. My body is clearly immune to a lot of things like anesthesia needs to be trippled to work on me.
