Title: wonderful skates!
Review: absolutely amazing!! i 100% recommend these. As someone who has previously injured ankles it is hard to find skates with the support i need. These are extremely durable and have amazing support, the blades are gorgeous and glide smoothly. These are worth the money and the fit is perfect. I bought these second hand and the blade was still sharp!! Can’t wait to use these again!

Title: My daughter loves it!
Review: I recently bought this since she wanted to buy a pair of skates because she wanted to try out figure skating and many people recommended these skates. We bought a size 7 for her and they fit well on her. They look amazing and the quality is great too. It has good ankle support from what she said. Overall if you’re planning on buying skates, definitely go for this one!

Title: Works well
Review: Nice!!! These skates work perfectly for beginners. They feel much more comfortable and stable compared to the rented skates. The support and fit make practicing basic moves much easier, and I feel more confident when I’m on the ice. I also noticed that it’s easier to work on beginner skating techniques, and the movements feel smoother and more controlled. Because of that, I’m actually more excited to go to the rink and practice more often.

Title: beginner skates – unused
Review: these skates are perfect for beginners with a budget!! i’m a beginner, and i haven’t tried them on ice yet, but i believe they’re pretty comfy, from only wearing rental skates to this. it looks nice, sleek and white. though there is something on it(as shown in the photos.) the box didn’t come damaged, but just came straight in the shoe box without an amazon box. they are a little squeaky, but i think you need to break them in. one review said your ugg size fits right, was somehow correct. i like my uggs a little bigger, i get a 10 in uggs but i am a 9 1/2 in converses. i got a 10 by doing the measurements and it fit right. i cant tell if the blade is sharpened or not. no blades were cut in half. now, why i have a four is because of the guards. one guard was bigger then the other, definitely for the different shoe.

Title: Sleek and Smooth
Review: Did a quick search on the best brand of skates for beginners/recreational and these came up repeatedly. I skated for the first time with them yesterday and they were so smooth and comfortable! I did get them sharpened before my first use as other reviews suggested. Another reviewer suggested to get what ever size you wear in UGGs- very accurate. I wear a size 7 in women’s UGGs and the size 7 fit perfectly.

I had an Edea previously but didn’t fit well as it’s made for narrower feet near the toes.Update : I’ve taken some lessons since and coach says the ankle support is not strong enough if I want to progress on from basic skating . Recommend to upgrade after one month

Review: These ice skates are beautiful, stylish, and very comfortable. I was a bit surprised to see they were labeled a size 6 after I ordered a 7, but they actually fit me perfectly, so that worked out well.They arrived nicely packed in their own box and even came with blade protectors, which was a nice touch. The blades were blunt out of the box, so I did need to have them sharpened before using them on the ice. Once that was done, they performed really well.I skated for about two hours and my feet still felt comfortable and not tired afterward, which is a big plus. I’m really happy I bought these – it’s great not having to rely on rental skates anymore.

JACKSON ULTIMA SIZE CHART

Here are a few tips to assist in selecting the correct size:

• Take measurements in the socks that will be used while skating.

• Stand on a sheet of paper.

• Have someone else place a mark at your longest toe and at your heel. The pen should be straight up and down to determine the proper length.

• Remove the foot and measure the distance between both marks in inches; repeat with your second foot.

• Using the longer measurement of your two feet, select the most appropriate size. Do not select a size that is smaller than the length of your longest foot.

Please Note:

• Determining skate size by comparing to street shoe sizing is difficult as both are sized for different movements; skates are sized to glide with little foot movement while shoes are sized to allow for more flex when walking.

• Skates generally have a snug fit to ensure the foot does not move; this type of fit may not suit everyone.

Sizing is provided as a guideline only and should not replace proper fitting completed by an authorized Jackson Ultima Retailer.
