Title: Nice upgrade to a very useful device
Review: I love Apple devices and smart home appliances. As such, I was a very early adopter of the original AirTags and have used them while traveling (tucked inside of luggage) and in my daily life for years. The second generation of the AirTag represents a small, but worthwhile change to the function of the device.The ability to precisely track an object is noticeably better and the speaker inside pings very so slightly louder (I personally don’t buy the 50% louder claim, but there is a difference). If you’re the type to have keys slip behind couch cushions or get buried under laundry, this is the change you’ve been waiting for.The 2nd generation AirTag keeps the exact same footprint (both weight and size) so it fits perfectly into any existing accessories or holders you might have. Set up is a breeze and the Find My app works like a charm. I was able to see my checked bag move throughout a major airport and its arrival at my destination using the app. You can also disable forgotten item notifications easily if you happen to be leaving luggage in a hotel and don’t want to be pinged if you head out for the day.This AirTag weighs next to nothing and is worth slipping into a bag or attaching to a keychain for peace of mind. It seems just as durable as the first generation which I have toted all over the planet.10/10 for a device that just works. It also has a super long battery life and changing them out is easy (all your settings are maintained).

Title: Seamless Setup and Accurate Tracking
Review: The setup was incredibly simple. It connected to my iPhone instantly with one tap, and within seconds it was ready to use. The precision finding feature is very accurate and makes locating items quick.What I really like is the durability. It feels solid and well built, not like a simple plastic. The size is also perfect is small enough to carry anywhere, whether its on backpack, or inside luggage and my car.For the price, it’s honestly a great value considering how advanced the tracking feature is. The sound alert works well, and the precision range is very far.It’s a small device that offers a lot of functionality and peace of mind. If you’re in the Apple ecosystem, it’s definitely worth it.

Review: I’m very happy with this AirTag. Setup was quick and seamless, and it connects instantly with my phone. The tracking is accurate, and the design is compact and durable. It’s been extremely helpful for keeping track of my belongings. Definitely worth the purchase.

Review: In depth review below summary -TLDR (too long, didn’t read summary)I didn’t think the AirTag had many ways to be improved, realistically, without a higher price point. Apple delivered all their promises though with this AirTag (2nd generation) that is more than 2x louder, 30% thinner (and lighter), while using 50% less battery.With AirTag, Apple has fixed the lost dog problem and made it so we never have to lose our keys again; the days of needing to go to the DMV to replace my lost license are in the past. Sound test.Strong pass, although it honestly sounds more like 2.5-3 times as loud as my 1st gen AirTag (about 8 months old with a brand new battery). This shocked me, as the original never felt too silent by any means.02. Battery life.We’ll see – if Apple’s telling the truth. It’ll be years before we know with a new device that uses such a small amount of power. But yes, I’d love to have to only replace the battery every other year rather than every 10-13 months as I get with OG AirTag.00. New to AirTag? Unlike all of the new Bluetooth often labelled “Apple Find My Supported” Bluetooth trackers in wallets and key fobs are all awful and any modern day tracker that’s using ancient (40 year old Bluetooth technology) made by anyone besides Apple.

Title: Best technology but lousy form factor
Review: These Apple AirTags Gen 2 have an extra locator feature that other, similar devices don’t have because Apple hasn’t licensed the technology to them yet. That makes them the best, but their form factor is awkward. They are white and stand out in the dark corners of your luggage or pocketbook, making them easy for a thief to discover before you have tracked them down. They are also awkward because you can’t attach them to luggage without purchasing an additional attachment device. Still, they do last a long time on the inexpensive, replaceable battery, according to specifications. I use these in my luggage and camera bag and my wife keeps one in her purse. I won’t purchase any more, preferring my next devices to be of the credit-card-sized variety because of their flat, black formed factor. I recommend Pebblebee’s latest design for those.
