Will Purchase AGAIN!
Great product, solid brand, and super budget-friendly. Iâve tried quite a few earbuds, and usually the audio quality or connectivity lets me down. But not with these. The sound is crisp, the bass is clean, and the connection is rock solid, even when Iâm on the move. What really surprised me, though, is the microphone quality. Thatâs usually the weak spot with all earbuds, expensive or budget, but somehow, this one nails it. Whether itâs AI noise-canceling magic or just a well-designed mic, people always say my voice comes through super clear, even when Iâm in noisy environments like cafés or public transit.Battery life? Incredible. I only charged it once and used it on and off for two weeks straight without needing a recharge. That kind of efficiency is rare, especially in this price range. It doesnât have the ultra-premium feel of high-end brands, but honestly, it sits comfortably in the ear, looks sleek, and gets the job done better than expected. If you want reliable, quality earbuds without breaking the bank, these are 100% worth it.

Anker reliability, good quality for music and vids, comfortable fit
I usually use L tips but the P20i are slightly sized up and M tips work fine. Out of the box these come with one set of tips installed, plus Small and Large in a tiny plastic bag that’s easy to accidentally throw out. Also included is a short USB C to USB A charging cable, useful for inflight charging on the now old-fashioned large A ports. I haven’t checked to see if the cable will work on data transfers – some accessory cables skip the data transfer wires. So always check for functionality when flying, and please note that some 3-in-1 triple head cables won’t work inflight (but seem to work anywhere else!).Quality is very middle-of-the road, better than some of the emerging cheap brands here on Amazon, not as good as Apple, better or equal to some Galaxy and Sony earbuds I have. Sound is neutral and clean – not bass heavy or trebly – and sound stage imaging is surprising for such cheap, under $20 (with coupon promotions on the landing page) wireless earbuds. As with all my Buetooth earbuds, VLC is out of syn, Kodi is ok. VLC is adjustable for delay but it drives me nuts trying to get the fine-tuning right to sync them up. I just revert to wired earbuds or use the less user-friendly Kodi app.Pairing is tricky. Unlike Apple, these pair to a single device at a time and do not include a reset/pairing button. The first time you use them, they automatically go into pairing mode after charging (remove the pull tabs on the stem before charging!). Thereafter if you paired device is “on” they will always reconnect. If you turn off the paired device, or tell the paired device to forget the P20i’s, they will go into pairing mode next time you remove them from the case.So to move them around, remove from the Bluetooth settings in your outgoing device, turn on the new device, pull one or both earbuds out and click in the device settings on the new device to pair.If you see the P20’s listed in a device but they won’t pair, simply remove them and they will pop up again ready to pair again.Apple Earpods are a good $19.95 wired alternative, with outstanding microphones. Airpods are a $169 elegant alternative with superb ANC (active noise cancellation and hearing aid capability. These are nearly disposable, dirt cheap, good and get the job done, and if you sit on them, drop one in the toilet, send them through the laundry, or simply let them slip out of a poorly angled hoody pocket, you won’t cry.

Budget friendly gift
I gave these headphones as a gift, and Iâm happy to share that the recipient is really enjoying them. They are highly user-friendly and come in an attractive pastel color. With a variety of ear pieces, they ensure a comfortable fit for most users. The compact charging case is perfect for portability, making them an excellent travel companion. While the mic quality is adequate, the sound performance is truly impressive for the price. The noise cancellation works decently, and the battery life is reliable for everyday use. Overall, these headphones are a fantastic value for anyone seeking quality on a budget.

The best earbud for your value.
I went ahead and tried all of Anker’s (Soundcore) earbuds in the P(i) lineup, that being the (20i, 30i, 40i). This review will mostly be focusing on the P20i, but I will also write down a few comparisons between the 30i and 40i as well. Out of the box, the P20i has the most neutral sound. Everyone’s ears are different and perceive sound differently. But me personally, I was shocked to hear how the 20i’s sound much more cleaner than the 30i. Meanwhile, the 30i out of the box are way, way too bassy to the point where they sound muddy and muffled. That’s saying something considering that I personally prefer focus on bass when it comes to earbuds or headphones. You can remedy the 30i’s muddy sound signature using Soundcore’s app via the EQ settings. But even then, their sound signature was too muddy for my liking. While the 20i don’t offer any type of noise cancellation technology, I found them much more enjoyable for music than the 30i. I also find the 20i more comfortable in the ear despite them having a slightly bigger footprint that the 30i. However, if you crave more bass on the 20i, you can accomplish that in the Soundcore app. Unfortunately, you cannot customize an EQ preset of your own with the 20i, unlike in the 30i or the 40i. However, the app already gives plenty of EQ presets to choose from which can alter the sound signature of the 20i to your liking. I tried these presets and they’re all good, I found the “acoustic” preset really brings the clarity and bass of the 20i even more forward while still keeping that low end in check. No ANC or custom EQ presets on the 20i, but they sound better and cleaner than the 30i, to my surprise. The attached lanyard is such a nice addition on the 20i, which make them more versatile for traveling. In summary: the p20i has a fun sound signature which can be modified using the Soundcore app. No custom EQ presets or ANC, but you can choose from a variety of signatures provided by Soundcore. They are loud earbuds with decent bass response. Earbuds battery can last several hours between charges, and I found them to be comfortable while wearing during long sessions. If you cannot decide on which earbud(s) to get out of these three, I’d say that the p20i is the best earbud for your value. If you don’t care for fancy features like ANC or multipoint, then the p20i are the way to go. Skip the p30i, they just sound too muddy even with EQ modifications. The p40i have the best sound, but they cost more. P20i or P40i are both good, skip P30i.

I have never regretted an Anker purcahse. They’re great! I have Anker’s SoundCore Q20i active noise cancelling headphones and SoundCore 2 outdoor speaker. All are brilliant. These earbuds replace my now-defunct Pixel Buds Pro. These P20i are extremely affordable, have basically all the same features as my Pixel buds and more as they support three touch patterns – tap, double, and long press – which can be different from your left to right earbud. Very clever. The case is attractive, comfortable, lightweight and comes with a lanyard. Charges with USB C.The earbuds can pair with more than one device, but like the Q20i can only stream from one at a time. You can use just one earbud at a time, if you want. The sound is far deeper and fuller than my Pixel Buds. They stay in my ears as well as any other earbud I’ve ever had. The sound isolation (fit to ear hold – not active noise cancellation) is surprisingly tight.Just buy them.
