Works well, easy to understand, good price.
I was looking for an affordable hand recorder but so many of them get bad reviews or cost hundreds of dollars. This one had a decent review. Its made by the same company as my old one that just died last week after charging after not being used for a long time. This one has better features. The noise control on it works really well for my application. I use it to record my dreams. I have a loud white noise maker that my old one had no noise cancellation, so I’d have to get under the covers to record my voice to get away from recording the white noise. This just about kills ALL the white noise so my voice is real clear on the recording! I have it set on max noise control on 5 and it comes set that way anyway. It has a good gain control too. Straight out of the box its way too high and distorts my voice from it being set too high, but is easy to reduce the volume, and for office meetings the ability to control the recording volume is great. The speaker of course is really tiny and doesn’t sound good but if you plug headphones in, its pretty good, but even on the highest bit rate it sounds pretty digital but not a problem for me. Recordds to WAV or MP3 tool.It does have a built in microphone but for you business types it has a lapel microphone which is a nice touch. Haven’t tried it but don’t need it really. Price is reasonable. The manual has a lot of reading to do, but its pretty intuitive. No idea on battery life but I suspect its pretty long, it came fully charged. It also came with the tiny TF SD card already installed, so thats another nice touch. I looked at so many of these recorders and not many of them have noise control, which I needed, and most of them had really confusing non-intuitive weird features or were just way too expensive my needs.

Very nice little machine! It’s easy to operate, instructions were clear and easier to understand. The sound is good, though it sounds like most machines that size. Buttons are easy to reach and operate. But one nice thing the screen lights up in color… which I love. You can see from the product description it has tons of recording time. And different options where to save your recordings.

Good for longer meetings.
I bought this because of reported solid construction , that it was listed as Amazon first choice , price , and usb C interface . Most if not all future devices will be using usb C after the international conference a few years ago . It works very well for what I am doing these days . I will be using it to record instructions mostly on how to use my computer for paying bills , taxes , retirement jobs which my wife did when I was working. It works fine for long playback . It comes with long instructions because it is capable of doing many things if you want to do many different things. Just recording and playing back is actually simple and easy . I am a retired physician and had to dictate medical notes all day for 30 + years. If you are doing lots of dictation then a larger recorder that fits the hand and has larger buttons would be better . When you dictate medical notes ( and if you are a perfectionist ) you are constantly rewinding , listening to short segments , rephrasing to make it easier read later. This device is smaller and better suited for recording things like conferences. You can rewind and listen to shorter segments when you long press the rewind . Short pressing rewind would jump from one music track to another if you are recording music . I donât do any of the music stuff . Overall excellent recorder .

Easy to use with large enough push button controls
I really like this digital recorder. It is easy to use with a one button to record and turn on feature. It is big enough that you can press the buttons easily and small enough to carry anywhere. Great sound quality. Many, many other features that I have not even started using yet.

It is an excellent recorder. It has a good weight to it so it has a good feel in your hands. Long battery life and great sound quality. Itâs a great size not really big but not like a hidden recorder.
